The Space
Located just outside gorgeous Tepoztlán, Tepoz Dream House is an ideal setting for a Mexican getaway. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by Cuco, our friendly green parrot, who lives in a large cage in the front yard.
The home’s beautiful Mexican art and décor create a welcoming atmosphere. Two terraces overlook the expansive garden, swimming pool, and, most notably, the Tepoztlán mountains, providing a peaceful backdrop for your stay.
The pool is currently heated with electricity at no additional charge. As environmentally conscious hosts, we are working on installing solar panels for both electricity and pool heating.
Alejandra and Adolfo, our housekeepers, will welcome you when you arrive. Cooking and cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional fee. Please contact me by email for details.
Guest Access
- Guests are responsible at all times for everyone in their group, including minors.
- The housekeeper’s annex and the pool maintenance room are off-limits.
Important Information
- Reservations for more than eight guests incur an additional fee for cleaning and other services.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially around the swimming pool.
- Minors may not be left alone at any time. An accompanying responsible adult must always be present.
- Housekeepers do not provide babysitting or any service that was not paid for in advance through the Airbnb application.
- Pool towels are provided, so there is no need to bring other linens outdoors.
- Housekeepers live on the property and work full-time.
- Any cleaning, cooking, or other assistance from the housekeepers must be requested and paid for in advance through the Airbnb application.
- Housekeepers are not permitted to request or accept gratuities or other payments. All payments must be made through the Airbnb application.
Pets
Maple is our rescued pet. We rescued her from a market, and she lives outdoors. Please do not invite her inside the house. Not everyone likes dogs, and some guests may have allergies. Maple can also become confused if she is allowed indoors.
If requested in advance, Maple can stay off the property during your visit.
Guest pets are not allowed. If you need pet accommodation, we can help arrange a stay through Hostal Caralampio. Fees are not included in the rental price; guests pay independently at a rate of $250 per night per pet.

In all the time I've been an Airbnb user, this has been the best place I've stayed with my family. We were delighted, and if anyone goes to this place, I'm sure they'll feel the same way ✨ I think the pool lighting is an area of opportunity for improvement, although it is excellent The communication and attention from Lola and the house staff were also very good

Lola’s place is amazing! Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and the house amenities were clearly well taken care of. The view from the terrace is top notch, perfect for enjoying the scenery. It’s very well suited for a big group, with plenty of space for everyone to relax together. We felt safe the entire time we were there. Highly recommend!

An incredible, beautiful, quiet home, perfect for really resting and admiring beautiful Tepoztlán. It would be good to send a photo of the entrance to the private road to avoid going to the other street. The house is amazing, quite clean. They trust so much that visitors will be tidy and respectful that they give you amenities that are hard to find in other accommodations (cookware, glasses, plates, cutlery, rags, soap, sponges, etc.). The pool is perfect. They have towels specifically for the area, and it's at the ideal temperature. Beautiful green areas to lie down and relax. Ideal for visiting Tepoztlan without being inside the magical town. Don't miss the opportunity!

Great place to stay with a group of friends for the weekend! Heated pool, BBQ, comfortable inside and outside areas to hang out...all you need for a nice break outside the city :) Good location close to the town center but tranquil enough to feel immersed in nature with a beautiful view. Rooms all have private bathrooms and kitchen is well equiped which made our stay super smooth and enjoyable! Thank you, Lola and Ulisses, for a wonderful time in Tepoz!
