We had a trip to the BVI and it was cancelled the day of the trip. I searched for a place for us in Playa del Carmen. I stayed at El Taj years ago and remembered it to be a beautiful property. I was able to book with Patricia the same night of our cancellation and we were able to get into the condo the next day! The condo looks just like the pictures. There is plenty of room with 3 bedrooms. All of the employees are very kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying here and booking with Patricia!

This place rocks! Good staff, beautiful facilities and amenities, super walkable area. Condo was well equipped and super comfortable. Would absolutely stay again, and soon.

My stay at the property was well enjoyed. From check in to check out I was greeted with friendly staff. There was balloons in my room, since it was my birthday, which was such a cute touch. They continuously gave me recommendations for restaurants and stores and were extremely helpful making my stay a great experience. The inside of the condo was beautiful as well and spacious for my group. Loved the property!! The location is everything! Right on the beach and within 10 minutes walking to countless restaurants and clubs. I would definitely recommend Patricias place.

The place was amazing, and in a prime location. It was very walkable to anything we wanted to do. We had plenty of room in the condo. The front desk was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. I highly recommend.

This place is incredible. From the condo itself, to the front desk, the pool, and the access to the beach. Location was key!!! Would definitely recommend this place.

The unit was well located on the quiet side of the building. All the amenities one could wish. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioning in each room. Toilets are slow to flush but good water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to 5th Ave. shopping and restaurants. Beautiful pool that was heated!

We traveled around the Yucatán for a week staying at four different places. Patricia’s place was by far the nicest place. Everything was exceptional from the location, staff, accommodations, and other amenities.

Beautiful condo! Exactly like the photos and the private roof top was awesome! Beds were extremely comfortable as well. The beach club is a bit crowded but we used the pool across the street which was very tropical and much quieter. Plus if you go down to 4th or 2nd you can get chairs and umbrellas and food at the public beaches which are bigger. Don't eat at the beach club if you can avoid it. There are too many good authentic Mexican just a few mins from the condo. Make sure you check out Las Aguachillies and Cuevo Chango on 38th. Patricia was very quick to respond to anything we needed. Just send her a quick note if you are missing anything and she will make sure the office brings it up to you right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, super well-kept apartment, with all the details and amenities. We loved the condo and the pool. It has everything we are looking for. Beach, heated pool, covered parking, elevator, super located and close to everything. We'll definitely stay again!
