The Space

Casa Brisas de Popoyo is a beach house ideally situated near Guasacate Beach, just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the area's best surf spots, bars, and restaurants. The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and features a large garden where you can relax while enjoying the sound of the Pacific Ocean and breathtaking sunsets. The property is fully secure.

There is a beautiful yoga deck in the garden, offering a serene space to practice yoga with ocean views.

The house includes four bedrooms, each equipped with ceiling fans. Air conditioning is available in three of the bedrooms for an additional fee of $10 USD per day, per room.

The fully equipped kitchen and spacious outdoor living area face the beach, providing an ideal setting to prepare meals. You can cook on the wood-burning BBQ grill while watching the waves.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Discounts are offered for extended stays.

Only guests registered in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.

Pricing

The nightly rate covers up to four guests. For each additional person beyond four, there is a supplement of $30 USD per night. The booking system automatically calculates the total price based on the number of guests.

If you choose to use air conditioning, a supplementary fee of $10 USD per day, per room, applies and is paid directly.

Guest Access

Guests can arrive by car, bus, or taxi.

Additional Information

An independent apartment is attached to the house. At certain times of the year (approximately three months), the host’s mother resides there. She is discreet, and guests will have full access to their private space.
