Top Level
The main living area is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. It includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, an elegant living room, and a half bathroom. The master suite is also on this level, featuring a king-size bed, a luxurious en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace.
Lower Level
The lower floor houses two guest bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and refined finishes. These rooms offer privacy and comfort, ideal for families, couples, or groups.

On-site professional housekeeper available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for routine cleaning, laundry, and property maintenance (privacy respected).

Important Notes
A new home is under construction on the adjacent property behind Casa Calma, expected to be completed by November 2025.
The house is open-air except for the bedrooms, which have air conditioning. Bedroom doors should remain closed when AC is running and should not be left on when rooms are unoccupied.
Power outages can occasionally occur during heavy rainstorms; emergency flashlights are provided, and the concierge is available for assistance.
Guests should lock all doors and windows when absent to protect personal belongings.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
No pets, smoking, loud music, commercial photography, parties, or events are allowed.
Third-party travel insurance is required to cover cancellations outside the rental policy.
Only registered guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on the property.
Wildlife and Insects
Due to its natural setting, guests may encounter local insects such as ants, mosquitoes, and spiders, as well as wildlife like snakes and lizards. Precautions are taken to minimize interactions, but experiencing local flora and fauna is part of the stay.
House Rules
A signed rental agreement with names, ages, and photo ID must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
A $500 security deposit hold is required. A one-time $37 administrative fee applies to all bookings.
Guests are responsible for securing the villa when absent.
No refunds are given for natural events such as power outages.
Air conditioning is only installed in bedrooms; doors must remain closed when AC is in use.
Third-party travel insurance is mandatory.
Pets, smoking, loud music, commercial photography, parties, and events are prohibited.
