Casa 1 features over seven bedrooms with a total of 10 brand-new beds plus two pull-out couches, accommodating large groups comfortably. Each bedroom includes large windows with spectacular views, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and master bedrooms have private terraces.

The villa boasts spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, including multiple patios and balconies furnished for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and opens to the living area, allowing cooks to engage with guests while preparing meals.

Entertainment options include TVs throughout the villa, highlighted by a new 85-inch TV on the outdoor terrace surrounded by couches, perfect for al fresco dining with jungle and ocean vistas. High-speed Wi-Fi covers the entire property, including the pool, casitas, and garden, enabling streaming and remote work from anywhere on the estate.

Outdoor amenities feature a large terrace with loungers, a pool, and a hot tub, all overlooking breathtaking jungle and ocean scenery. A covered outdoor kitchen and bar area provide a comfortable space for serving refreshments and grilling.

Booking Details

This listing is for Casa 1. The adjacent Casa 2 villa on the same estate is available separately or can be combined with Casa 1 for larger groups. Together, both villas offer 14+ bedrooms, 24 beds, 18 bathrooms, three pools, two hot tubs, and can accommodate up to 40 guests comfortably.

Check-out time is strictly enforced at 11:00 AM, with charges applied for late departures in half-hour increments.

This estate is not part of any homeowners association, so house rules are simple: enjoy your stay, communicate with the concierge for any needs, and respect the property. Guests are welcome to host celebrations but will be responsible for any damages incurred.
