Casa Scandi features four bedrooms, an office, and both indoor and outdoor kitchens. Guests also have access to the beautiful beaches of Hacienda Pinilla.

Interior Features

Upon entering Casa Scandi, you’ll notice the open and airy atmosphere highlighted by 20-foot ceilings and abundant natural light. The expansive open-concept living area encourages gathering and connection.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

• Espresso maker
• Pressure cooker

A large Guanacaste wood dining table seats 12, perfect for meals, games, or casual conversations over coffee. The living area features a 60-inch smart TV, ideal for movie nights or relaxing.

Indoor-Outdoor Living

Sliding glass doors connect the interior to a private outdoor space featuring:

• Swimming pool
• Outdoor kitchen with BBQ, stovetop, and wine cooler
• Handmade dining table

The U-shaped layout ensures every bedroom opens to the pool area, offering privacy and easy access to outdoor enjoyment.

Bedrooms and Office

• Master Bedroom 1: King bed, private outdoor seating, spacious en-suite with indoor and outdoor showers, plus a soaking tub.
• Master Bedroom 2: King bed, stylish en-suite with indoor and outdoor showers and tub.
• Bedroom 3: Designed for children, with two bunk beds (queen below, twin above), a large bathroom, and a connecting door to Master 2.
• Bedroom 4: King bed, private en-suite, and accessibility features.
• Office/Gym: Flexible space with a desk, 50-inch TV, elliptical machine, exercise bicycle, weight bench, and CAP Adjustabell barbells.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and blackout curtains to ensure restful sleep.

Additional Information

Hacienda Pinilla spans over 4,200 acres. For convenience, guests are advised to shop for groceries before arrival, especially after a long journey.

• Fuego Blue and Il Rustico offer pizza delivery; contact details are provided in the welcome booklet.
• Guests require permission to enter Hacienda Pinilla, which must be arranged with the host to be granted access at the front security gate.
• The Beach Club is a popular day option, offering food and a bar. Entry costs $5 per person for rental guests. This fee is no longer consumable, reflecting a recent policy update.
