A large Guanacaste wood dining table seats 12, perfect for meals, games, or casual conversations over coffee. The living area features a 60-inch smart TV, ideal for movie nights or relaxing.

The U-shaped layout ensures every bedroom opens to the pool area, offering privacy and easy access to outdoor enjoyment.
Bedrooms and Office
- Master Bedroom 1: King bed, private outdoor seating, spacious en-suite with indoor and outdoor showers, plus a soaking tub.
- Master Bedroom 2: King bed, stylish en-suite with indoor and outdoor showers and tub.
- Bedroom 3: Designed for children, with two bunk beds (queen below, twin above), a large bathroom, and a connecting door to Master 2.
- Bedroom 4: King bed, private en-suite, and accessibility features.
- Office/Gym: Flexible space with a desk, 50-inch TV, elliptical machine, exercise bicycle, weight bench, and CAP Adjustabell barbells.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and blackout curtains to ensure restful sleep.

- Fuego Blue and Il Rustico offer pizza delivery; contact details are provided in the welcome booklet.
- Guests require permission to enter Hacienda Pinilla, which must be arranged with the host to be granted access at the front security gate.
- The Beach Club is a popular day option, offering food and a bar. Entry costs $5 per person for rental guests. This fee is no longer consumable, reflecting a recent policy update.

We loved staying in this location! The house is exactly like the pictures and lots of room for 3 families to stay! We really enjoyed the pool and having the beach club to go to when we wanted was awesome :)

I had an amazing time at this Airbnb. Absolutely gorgeous and the host is extremely responsive and helped us anytime we needed help. She’s so nice! We had a blast here, felt right at home. Please note: it’s best to get a car to get in and out as this is a secluded area (which we completely loved!!) would come back in a heartbeat!

Casa Scandi was a great house for our family vacation. We had 3 adults, 3 kids with plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time. The outdoor space is beautiful, the main living area was great and the bedrooms were ideal for our crew. Jessica was extremely helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend staying here for house, location and convenience to activities, beach/poole and restaurants.

We had an incredible stay at Casa Scandi! The home is absolutely stunning,beautifully designed with a modern, minimalist style but still feels warm and comfortable. The layout was perfect for our group, with spacious bedrooms, an open living area, and a great outdoor space for relaxing by the pool. The location within Hacienda Pinilla felt safe and private, and we loved being so close to the beach, golf course, and other resort amenities. The house was spotless when we arrived, and everything felt very high-end — from the furniture to the appliances. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, providing great local recommendations and making check-in super easy.
