The Space
This beautiful, newly built 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is perched on a hill with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, city, mountains, and the community infinity-edge pool. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, and a laundry room. The unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with additional fees applied for more than 6 occupants.
Each bedroom includes its own mini-split air conditioner, while the main living area is cooled by a central air conditioning system. The master bedroom offers a programmable safe large enough for a laptop, a seating area, and stunning views of the ocean, city, and mountains. The two other bedrooms provide beautiful city views and also include seating areas.
There are two balconies: a large balcony off the living room with a propane barbecue grill and seating for four, and a smaller balcony off the master bedroom with seating for two. The laundry room is fully equipped and includes a pull-out clothesline for drying damp clothes or towels. Water filtration is provided by a three-stage filter in the laundry room and an additional filter under the kitchen sink, which supplies filtered water to both the kitchen faucet and refrigerator.
Location
The condo is just minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas and approximately 40 minutes from San Jose Del Cabo International Airport. Nearby amenities include a small, well-stocked Dannan convenience store located at the corner of C. Miguel Angel Herrera and Libertad, as well as a popular taco restaurant, Tacos El Norteño, on C. Miguel Angel Herrera.
Community Access and Amenities
As a guest, you will have authorized, non-exclusive access to common areas within the Quivira development. This includes certain internal roads, beach access, and designated consumption areas, all subject to Quivira’s internal regulations.
The community currently consists of only 14 condominiums, so the shared infinity-edge pool is rarely crowded, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment.

Beautiful place, Bennie and his team are so responsive and helpful. The home is 10-15 from the main area (bars/shops/marina). The home is nice and the pool/gym was always empty.

The Cabo Peninsula Condos was fabulous! Located at the entrance of the Pueblo Bonito section- it offered a spectacular view of the city and the ocean. The condo was much more nicer than the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the peaceful vibes and the freedom to have Ubers pick us up and drop us off. I will definitely recommend Bennie’s place and we will definitely be coming back to stay at this place!!!

We had an amazing stay! The property is absolutely beautiful and looks even better in person. The pool was one of the highlights clean, relaxing, and perfect for spending the day. The air conditioning worked great, which made a huge difference in the warm weather. There was plenty of space, and the home had everything we needed for a great vacation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and beautiful place to stay.

We had a wonderful week. The unit is exactly as pictured and described. There is road and walkie talkie noise in the master bedroom throughout the night, so light sleepers be advised. The view from the balcony is lovely—we were able to see several whales from our vantage point. The pool furniture is very comfortable although we didn't spend much time there due to the plethora of beaches we explored. The location is close to town and all the area has to offer. We loved exploring the area and had a simply delightful week. No issues with parking or driving, very glad we had a car with us throughout our stay. Thank you!
