There is also a programmable safe, large enough to fit a laptop, in the master bedroom. The back bedrooms have beautiful views of the city and the master bedroom has a view of the ocean, city and mountains. There is plenty of space to hang clothes and store your belongings in each room. There is also a seating area in the master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms. There are two balconies, a large balcony off of the living room and another balcony off of the bedroom. The large balcony has a propane barbecue pit and seating for four, while the balcony off of the master bedroom has seating for two. The fully equipped laundry room has a pull-out close line for hanging damp clothes/towels. A 3 stage water filter is also located in the laundry room, and another filter located under the kitchen sink which serves the kitchen faucet and the refrigerator, so no need to buy your own water. There is a small but well stocked Dannan convenience store at the corner of C. Miguel Angel Herrera and Libertad, not far from the condo. And a good taco restaurant on C. Miguel Angel Herrera called Tacos El Norteno. Guest access One of the most frequently asked questions we get is whether or not the pool is private. The pool is not a private pool. It is a community pool. However, this community only has 14 condominiums at this time, so the pool is hardly if ever full of people. Other things to note Take the elevator from garage level 1 near the garage entrance to floor 2. You will see 201A on the second door to the left as you exit the elevator. You may park 1 vehicle in front of the Black Jeep Wrangler in space 201A on the first level of the garage, just steps away from the elevator.

Each bedroom includes its own mini-split air conditioner, while the main living area is cooled by a central air conditioning system. The master bedroom offers a programmable safe large enough for a laptop, a seating area, and stunning views of the ocean, city, and mountains. The two other bedrooms provide beautiful city views and also include seating areas.

There are two balconies: a large balcony off the living room with a propane barbecue grill and seating for four, and a smaller balcony off the master bedroom with seating for two. The laundry room is fully equipped and includes a pull-out clothesline for drying damp clothes or towels. Water filtration is provided by a three-stage filter in the laundry room and an additional filter under the kitchen sink, which supplies filtered water to both the kitchen faucet and refrigerator.

The condo is just minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas and approximately 40 minutes from San Jose Del Cabo International Airport. Nearby amenities include a small, well-stocked Dannan convenience store located at the corner of C. Miguel Angel Herrera and Libertad, as well as a popular taco restaurant, Tacos El Norteño, on C.
