I would book the place again. It's very comfortable and has many amenities. Ale was always attentive to any questions that came up. The instructions were clear.

Our stay was very pleasant It is a spacious house with all the amenities 100% recommended for large groups, very close to the Club house and overlooking the countryside Ale was very attentive from before we got there until we left. I would definitely stay here again.

Ale, my host, was attentive and addressed my needs. There was a bit of confusion about the arrival time and it was a bit awkward that people would come to visit the house while we were inside, but we were able to resolve it satisfactorily. Ale was very attentive in general and apologized for the misunderstanding

Attentive host and in communication at all times. It's a pity that the house had many issues that she couldn't resolve. I had a gas leak throughout the stay that was not possible to repair (the smell spread throughout the ground floor). The hot water was only available at times and not in all the rooms, (I recommend maintaining the showers since they are clogged by the scale and very little comes out). The sinks in the main room were clogged (I recommend maintenance). The internet was failing a lot and it was impossible to watch a movie during the entire stay. It has security CAMERAS inside the property in the living room, study, hallways of rooms, garage and pool area (which violates the interior privacy a bit). The pool was used on the 3rd day because it did not heat up. One room is the service room, it barely fits a single bed and it is very hot, so we had to settle into 4 rooms. It doesn't mention that the road to the complex is closed and it's 2 km of dirt road.
