Terasol Beach Resort condominiums are located at the stunning Land's End area in Cabo San Lucas. The condo provides direct access to the beach, allowing you to walk straight onto the sand and listen to the waves at night.

Additional Information
Please note that the Terrasol Resort charges a nightly resort fee and tax for each condo, payable separately upon checkout. The resort fee rates effective 2025 are:
- 1-2 people: $19.50 USD per night
- 3-4 people: $24.50 USD per night
- 5-6 people: $29.50 USD per night
- 7-8 people: $34.50 USD per night
Parking is available on the premises for $5 USD per day, with one car allowed per unit.

We couldn’t have loved our stay more! Beautiful property- peaceful, well-kept, incredible location. We loved walking to the Marina for dinner and activities, and enjoyed the cute little restaurant at the terrasol pool. We have never stayed on the pacific side before- it was definitely different not being able to swim in the ocean, but honestly it didn’t really bother us, as we were able to grab a water taxi from the marina and go over to some swimable beaches. But the resort itself made up for the lack of ocean swimming. The beach was peaceful and gorgeous and the two pools were great! The condo itself was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for us and our 5 kids, and we loved using the patio and bbq. I wish i would have brought a couple extra blankets from home- my kids love to sleep in cold AC (and boy did those AC’s crank! We ended up turning a couple of them off) but also love to be cozy in blankets, so that would be my only recommendation for anyone staying here. We loved it!!!

This was my 5th trip to Terrasol and Lorraine's place is stunning. Love all the new updates. We were so comfortable! They had a water cooler! What a fantastic service! So wonderful to not have to cart waterbottles to the unit! appreciate that little extra so much!!!

Beautiful condo in a secluded location! The neighborhood is very quiet, felt like we were at a private resort. Only a couple minute walk to pools and the ocean. The marina is only a 5 minute walk, lots of restaurants and shopping within a short walking distance. Lorraine's stay was very helpful, made the stay very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for the 8 days. The unit is spacious and clean. It definitely needs at least the bathrooms and the kitchen updates.

Lovely location! Transportation was easy to set up to and from the airport. Very close to the Marina and easy to walk everywhere. Ocean was not swimmable, which was a bummer, but the whale watching made up for it. The swim up bar was lovely and the restaurant was nice for breakfast, snacks and lunch. You do have to pay for filtered drinking water. The filter in the sink wasn't connected, but overall everything was wonderful. A short walk to the beach and the outdoor patio was perfect for morning coffee and dinner gatherings. Would definitely recommend!
