Guest Access

To ensure your safety and facilitate access to Bamboo Costa Viva, please provide the following information:

1. The full names and front images of the official identification documents for all guests, to validate their identities.
2. The name and telephone number of another guest who will be present throughout the stay as an alternate contact.
3. The vehicle's model, color, and license plate number. This information will be provided to security to authorize entry.

For security reasons, the accommodation has exterior cameras only.
