The property is located 500m from the center of Puerto Viejo, it has 4 separate cabins with bathroom and hot water. We offer a total eqquipped Kitchen. Te maximum maximum capacity up to 16 people. You can distribute according to your needs and enjoy the outdoor space with swimming pool and garden views. The perfect place to spend a few days of rest with friends and family or for Working on line (Fiber optic 100Mb). The space is for your only exclusive use. We're Pet Friendly :). The space Each cabin has a private bathroom, air conditioning, cable TV, fridge, fans, coffe maker and safe. The terraces overlooking the pool and garden have hammocks, sofas, tables, chairs and other options for guest comfort. One of the cabins (Family) is also equipped with kitchen with oven, sink, blender, toaster, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave and everything you need so that you can cook and eat on site. The place has also private and secure parking inside the property, high speed internet (100MB) and hot water. We offer drinking water throughout the stay. All at no cost. Groups are distributed in the cabins according to your preferences. If the occupancy is greater than 10 people, an extra proportional fee per person per night is charged, up to a maximum of 16. The capabilities of each cab are: - Two triple cabins for 3 people with queen bed and single bed. - Quadruple for 4 people, with queen bed and cabin. - Family for 6 people with queen bed and two cabins. * Depending the group size, some rooms could keep closed during the staying. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except the home where the owners live. The swimming pool, garden, cabins, parking and other spaces are intended for the exclusive use and enjoyment of guests. A fence separates the pool area from the house for guests' privacy. Other things to note The place is pet friendly as it has a large green area and the enclosure is closed. We have a beautiful Yoga Shala with wooden floor and roof made of Suita by a Bribri family.

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy we chose this property. The house was beautiful, with many thoughtful details, and it matched the listing description perfectly. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as expected. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Since she lives next door, she was always available if we needed anything and replied to our messages very quickly, which made everything even easier. The house has four independent bedrooms, all of which were clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Each room had its own bathroom, and all the bathrooms were clean and worked very well. The backyard was also a highlight — beautiful, peaceful, and very well cared for. The pool was always clean, and it was clear the owner took great care in maintaining it. Great spot for groups. Responsive and helpful host. Pool and installations are awesome for kids. Close to town and shops. Secured place with even more improvements to come.

We had a great stay over new year. Mary was really friendly and helpful and the house had everything that we needed whilst being within easy reach of the main town and beach, just a 5 min walk!

Está súper cerca de la playa , supermercado,restaurantes todo puerto viejo hasta a pie se puede ir . Me encanta ir al este lugar porque se puede estar con familia o amigos, pero le da el toque de privacidad porque son como mini departamentos con área en común (cocina, piscina y sala).

This place is amazing! Super comfortable for big groups (we were 12) the house is equipped with everything you may need, there is AC which is great. The pool was very clean and temperature was perfect. You don’t even need a car to get here, it’s close to everything but at the same time you have silence and privacy. The host was very friendly and communicative. We loved our stay here, thank you Mery!
