Villas Bahía Salinas

This is the most horrible property and landlord we've had AirBnB in the last 10 years! From 4-5 cameras you are spied out without asking and without seeing this on the profile!! We have reported this to AirBnB and the landlord has been directly penalized! But that's not enough: They lied to us about their actions. The brother with whom we spoke twice on the phone changed his words by 180 degrees within 2 hours and threw a family of 5 with three small children out of the house at 7pm!!! We were there by ourselves! We did not want to let 3 cameras shine in our own pool. He agreed and said that no one wants this. 1h after that he said it is his rules of the house and he wants us to leave as we did not respect them and hanged the personal cameras (as discussed with him on the phone before). He promised we would get 100% of the money back. Shortly thereafter, you did not want to pay the money, because they supposedly wanted to clean. The gardener only then read us out and read the door to the house closed until it has been checked that everything is really clean. It was. We hadn't even unpacked! Still, they wanted money for the cleaning! Fingers away from these people!!!! in 10 years this has never happened to us!!!! AirBnB was very nice and accommodating. They apologize more often, have refunded everything, gave us a bonus and blocked these people for a while! Thank you AirBnB!!! We are happy to book again and hope that such people will be banned.
