Beach Access
In Tulum, many of the best beaches are located behind private beach clubs. Access has been arranged through direct relationships with ten of the Mexican Caribbean’s most sought-after clubs, including Gitano, Hotel Panamera, and Umi.
After booking, guests receive the Jungle Luxe guest concierge app, which provides each club’s current terms, minimum spending requirements, and atmosphere. Beach day reservations can be made directly through the app the day before, allowing guests to arrive with a confirmed name on the list.
Most Tulum beach clubs operate with a minimum consumption requirement, consisting of a set food-and-drink spend in place of an entrance fee. This is standard in the area, and requirements vary by club. Through October, many clubs waive or reduce their minimums; during high season, requirements are generally stricter. The app provides the details in advance, so there is no need to negotiate on the beach. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, as all refreshments must be purchased from the club’s kitchen.
Public beach access points are also available, along with a small number of Tulum hotels that keep access open to the public. The concierge team can recommend the best options for your stay, including honest guidance on chair availability and crowd levels.

The house is gorgeous! The pool was amazing, the common areas are huge and great for hanging out! The bedrooms are so fancy. Everything was great! The hosts are so helpful and have a lot to offer. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay in Tulum! First, the space is gorgeous. Very modern, very clean. It was very spacious for 7 of us. It was also close to many things, and all of our activities were within 20 min of a shuttle ride (cenotes, beach club, restaurants). Rachel was also extremely helpful in helping us coordinate rides with the shuttle, plan activities like a yoga class and private dinner, and she even helped us decorate for the bachelorette party before we got there! 10/10 would recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

My stay was amazing!!!! The place was very clean and well-maintained. The pool was definitely one of our favorite parts. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. We also loved the gated neighborhood. it felt very safe and convenient. Being able to walk to nearby restaurants and gas stations was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Rachel was amazing!! Talk about super host - her and the Jungle Luxe team were so responsive and helpful from a month before our trip to the day we left. We were there for a family vacation and she set up up with wonderful recommendations for a bakery for a birthday cake, a personal chef, and amazing private boat tour. The house was centrally located, about a 20 minute drive to the hotel zone and 10 minutes into town.

Our family had an excellent spring break in Tulum with Rachel’s house as our home base. There was space for us to spread out and all sorts of opportunities to enjoy the pool. The location is quieter than the central shopping and food districts, but there are plenty of great food, drink and shopping options close by. Rachel is also a great host. She was responsive to every question before and during the trip, which helped us really relax and enjoy.
