Absolutely loved this place! Looked exactly like the pictures. Only thing was a lot of spider webs and a few other bugs (maybe beetles)

Horrible stay. - there are NO VIEWS. The post is using photos that are several years old before a building was built a couple of years ago. This is misleading and done on purpose because I’m not the first to complain as you can see in other reviews. - the garage door sensor doesn’t work and while I was backing in it shut closed on my vehicle, damaging it. I have dashcam video and a bystanders video. Host refuses to compensate and said it was “laughable.” I don’t find it funny. - horrible mold smell. Like really bad. I have to go to a laundromat to wash everything bc it all smells moldy coming out of the unit. - power outages and unresponsive host. Pitch dark, no lights, no nothing. - Hot tub is not hot. It’s like warm and there’s no adjustments available to the guest All in all, not a pleasant stay and not a pleasant host

This place was amazing it was located off the main road and had one of the best food spots right on the corner. It’s about 15 minutes from the main little town in La Fortuna but the views and the drive were incredible. The villa was gated and private I felt safe my entire stay it was also very peaceful and relaxing. I loved the touch of the glass in the bathroom felt extremely secured and the villa was overall very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and again. There was a full kitchen so with a stove, fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. There was also a washer and dryer the entire place was 10/10. If you’re American just know your Netflix and other streaming services will not work if you’re streaming from your phone to the projector so bring a iPad or laptop to watch your stuff on.

Easy check in and check out I booked after checkin and it was still available for me. Sebastian did clarify there is no volcano view and there is a two story apartment building in front. I think the pictures should be updated for the listing. The rest is as described. Parking was a bit annoying because the front is shared and this was the third house so I had to squeeze by the other cars. The other part was that the villa was not cold throughout the night. The AC worked but idk why it was warm/hot in the room, I presume the misaligned sliding door is letting air out. There was a washer and drier so that was nice. You can definitely hear and something see your neighbors as the patio is in the front of the homes.
