The Space
This brand-new house, completed in October 2024, offers ample room for family fun and relaxation. Nestled in Hacienda Pinilla, it is surrounded by nature and fresh air, with close proximity to Tamarindo and some of the best beaches in Guanacaste.
The property features a spacious outdoor area, a welcoming neighborhood, comfortable bedrooms, and a large kitchen. It suits couples, solo travelers, families with children, and groups of friends seeking a peaceful escape from the city.
Enjoy a cup of world-famous Costa Rican coffee while listening to the ocean waves and the gentle breeze from the tropical forest. The cozy beach house sits on a generous 2,100 square meter lot within the exclusive, gated community of Reserva de Golf in Hacienda Pinilla.
Outdoor activities abound, including hiking, biking, fishing, surfing, skateboarding, and basketball. Wildlife such as monkeys, raccoons, deer, owls, cows, wild eagles, and foxes can often be seen nearby.
Inside, the fully furnished home offers:

- Expansive central living area with spectacular double-height ceilings

- Extra sink on the island for convenient food preparation
Double-pane insulated recycled PVC security glass doors and windows help maintain a cool indoor temperature and reduce outside noise.
Outside, the terrace includes a large five-burner professional propane gas BBQ grill (gas included) perfect for cooking while guests enjoy the LED-lit pool. The pool has a kid-friendly semi-enclosed shallow zone.
Eco-conscious guests can take advantage of the Level 2 (220V) wall charger for electric vehicles during their stay.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and the surrounding 2,100 square meters of private property. There are no restrictions on exploring the grounds, allowing you to discover the natural beauty and wildlife of Hacienda Pinilla.
The entrance to the gated community (Reserva de Golf) is approximately two miles from the house. For an additional fee, guests can use the pools and restaurants at the beachfront Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club.
Location
The house is situated in a tranquil area surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Tamarindo and Guanacaste’s renowned beaches. The gated community offers privacy and security.
Additional Information
Due to the house’s distance from the city and town center, it is advisable to purchase groceries and supplies before arrival.
Renting a car is recommended since public transportation is not available nearby. An SUV with all-wheel or front-wheel drive is preferred to navigate the rocky roads in the area. Assistance with car rental can be provided upon request.
Taxi or Uber services are available but can be difficult to arrange. Please contact the host before planning transportation, as directions in Costa Rica can be complex and GPS may be unreliable. The host will provide GPS coordinates, Waze links, or Google Maps locations to ensure you find the property easily.
Please note that construction has started on a neighboring property behind the house, which may cause some outdoor noise. However, the interior of the house remains quiet and unaffected.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible stay and would absolutely return! This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had, thanks in large part to our amazing host. Communication was outstanding from the moment we booked until we checked out. He helped arrange our surfing lessons and airport transportation, and both were absolutely fantastic. Anytime we had a question, he responded almost immediately. The only small suggestion I have is to include a welcome guide or packet in the home with information such as how to operate the safe, checkout instructions, and other helpful house information. The location was perfect—peaceful, quiet, and a beautiful place to unwind. We especially loved spending our relaxing days at the beach club, which was such a great amenity. We can't say enough good things about our experience. If you're considering staying here, don't hesitate—you'll be in great hands. Thank you for making our Costa Rica vacation so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

Excellent experience from start to finish. There were 8 adults and one child, and we all agreed that we would love to return. The house is beautiful, spacious, very comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. It is fully equipped; you really don't have to bring anything. From pool and bathroom towels to a kitchen with everything you need, you can see the care put into every detail, and we even found more than we expected. Access to the beach club is a big plus and perfectly complements the experience. The location is also excellent: a very quiet, safe and beautiful area, ideal for resting and going for a walk. The pool is perfect for enjoying as a family or with friends. Communication with the hosts was excellent from before the reservation, always responding to our inquiries quickly and kindly. We recommend this property 100%. A true 5-star experience.

A lovely place, located in a quiet and very safe setting. The house is extremely comfortable and has excellent quality kitchenware and appliances, which makes your stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were very helpful at all times, always responding quickly and showing great kindness. Definitely a highly recommended experience.

If you’re hesitating about which house to book, this is it, you’ve just found the one. Sebastian and his team were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay. The house is even better than the photos suggest, everything exceeded expectations. The condominium is beautiful, very well maintained, and adds a lot to the overall experience. We had an amazing time and truly enjoyed every moment. We will definitely be coming back.

We had an excellent experience in this beach house. From the moment we arrived, everything was ready: the property is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, the spaces are well maintained, and everything works perfectly. It is an ideal place to rest and enjoy as a family or with friends.
