This is a cozy beach House in a huge 2,100 squared meter Lot in the exclusive and spectacular private gated community of Reserva de Golf in Hacienda Pinilla, surrounded by nature with a large outdoor space for different activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, surfing, skateboarding, basketball and much more. You can watch farm-animals in their natural state as well as all the wild animals that surround the property such as monkeys, raccoons, reindeer, owls, cows, wild eagles, fox, amongst others. This fully furnished House is provided with 4 large and comfy, fully equipped bedrooms with luxury linings and pillows, 4.5 bathrooms, a laundry room with dryer and washing machine, a huge central common area with spectacular double height ceilings, free-secure fast speed Wi-Fi internet connection, and Wi-Fi Smart TV with cable TV including Netflix and Disney+. Fully equipped wide plush Kitchen space with twin stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, as well as top of the line Ninja stainless steel appliances and an extra sink in the island for easy prepping. Double pane insulated and recycled PVC security glass doors (and windows) all-around will help keep the temperature inside the House cool at all times and enclosed from the exterior noises. The large size, 5-burner propane gas professional BBQ grill (gas included) in the outdoor exterior Terrace will make your cooking a delight while your family & friends take a dip in the LED colored Pool (with a Kid-Friendly semi-enclosed shallow Zone). You can also stop-by in your electric car and charge it completely during your stay with our Level 2 (220V) included wall charger if you are the Eco-Friendly type of driver. Guest access You´ll be able to rent the whole House and more than 2,100 squared meters of private property all-around. Access will be granted through the whole property and all of the premises can be used as well. No restrictions at all! Feel free to walk around and get to know the secrets that this Hacienda hides. Watch carefully as there are some amazing animals you can spot while enjoying the spectacular views. Know that the entrance of the complex is around two miles away from the gated community (Reserva de Golf) where the House is. You can enjoy the Pools & Restaurants at the beach-front Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club as well for an extra fee (not included in your reservation). Other things to note Because of the distance of the House from the city as well as the town-center, we recommend buying everything you´ll need such as food and beverages before hand. If you have any kind of special request or doubt please feel free to ask and we´ll try our very best to get you what you want or need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We recommend renting a car, as there is no public transportation nearby. We can help with that too! Preferably an SUV with all wheel - or front wheel drive traction - so that you can move around the area because there will be rocky roads. Know that the entrance of the complex is around two miles away from the gated community (Reserva de Golf) where the House is. Taxi or Uber can also be used but are hard to get; please contact us prior to doing so as the directions in Costa Rica are complicated and might be a little tricky on the GPS. Nothing to worry about! We have GPS coordinates, Waze location link or even G-oogle Maps to send you to the exact location of where the property is. Construction has begun in the neighboring property at the back, so some noise may be heard in the outside area. However, there is no construction noise inside the house.

## Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and the surrounding 2,100 square meters of private property. There are no restrictions on exploring the grounds, allowing you to discover the natural beauty and wildlife of Hacienda Pinilla.

The entrance to the gated community (Reserva de Golf) is approximately two miles from the house. For an additional fee, guests can use the pools and restaurants at the beachfront Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club.

## Location

The house is situated in a tranquil area surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Tamarindo and Guanacaste’s renowned beaches. The gated community offers privacy and security.

## Additional Information

Due to the house’s distance from the city and town center, it is advisable to purchase groceries and supplies before arrival.

Renting a car is recommended since public transportation is not available nearby. An SUV with all-wheel or front-wheel drive is preferred to navigate the rocky roads in the area. Assistance with car rental can be provided upon request.

Taxi or Uber services are available but can be difficult to arrange. Please contact the host before planning transportation, as directions in Costa Rica can be complex and GPS may be unreliable. The host will provide GPS coordinates, Waze links, or Google Maps locations to ensure you find the property easily.

Please note that construction has started on a neighboring property behind the house, which may cause some outdoor noise. However, the interior of the house remains quiet and unaffected.
