Rates and Deposits
- The rate of $15,000 pesos per night accommodates up to 16 guests in six rooms.
- For groups of more than 12 guests, one or two additional assistants may be required, depending on the group size. Additional charges apply.
- A security deposit of $12,000 pesos is required and will be returned upon departure, minus the cost of any damages.
- Long-weekend rates increase to $18,000 pesos per night.
- Christmas and New Year rates are $30,000 pesos per night.
The Space
Waiter, maid, and cook services are available.
All rooms feature air conditioning and ocean views. Five rooms include SKY television. Towels, toilet paper, and tissues are provided. The maid services the rooms daily and replenishes the amenities.
A first-class cook is available, and the manager can handle grocery shopping for you. An assistant is also available. For groups of more than 12 guests, one or two additional assistants may be required to provide the best service.
The house is exceptionally clean, and the gardens are beautifully maintained. The property is located in an exclusive area with 24-hour security.
Guest Access
The property is located in the Club Las Brisas subdivision, which offers 24-hour security. Guests have private access to the house, gardens, and both heated pools.
The property provides a private and comfortable setting, with excellent meals and attentive service. For groups of more than 12 guests, an additional maid charge applies.
Pets
Pets are permitted with management approval.
- A maximum of one or two pets is allowed.
- Only small breeds are permitted.
- A pet security deposit of $2,000 Mexican pesos is required.

The house is extremely beautiful with so many spaces to enjoy and the best view in Acapulco, perfect for several couples or big family as each room is independent. But the best is the service, Juan Carlos makes the days so easy and pleasant and the cook did great meals every day!

Incredible house, despite the age it is very well suited, the service of the people who work is incredibly good but if you are prepared to live with nature, and with insects, everything else is wonderful, highly recommended.

The house is very nice with an incredible view to the sea, you can see everything Acapulco. The people who work there are very friendly and always very attentive. The chef prepares the food very well and the breakfasts is very rich. You have to compare the pantry so that you can prepare what you ask for or you can also go to the supermarket for everything you need for cooking. In general, the house is very well cared for and the staff provides excellent service. I would definitely come back. Although it's better to go in hot weather so the pool is hot, otherwise it will cost 1,000 pesos for the heating per day. Keep in mind that a deposit of 5 thousand is left for any damage you do although in my opinion this deposit did not like much since there is insurance from air b&b. Fines should also be taken into account if you make noise after midnight . I have a great time in this house. Thank you .
