Great house, real clean. Beach walk distance was super close and nice, restaurants and stores walking distance. 100% will come back & 100% recommend anyone to stay here. Jacob was also really helpful and understanding and was very quick too! Me and my family enjoyed it.

The house was perfect for our large family. Everyone loved it, was comfortable and enjoyed themselves. Walking to the beach was fun. Lots of local spots to purchase all of your needs. The locals are friendly and we felt very safe.

Jacob was always attentive to the needs of me and my family, it would be a place that I would recommend especially for the good service, the heated pool and the house is super well equipped in all aspects

A very nice place, very spacious, the rooms are very comfortable, all with their own private bathroom and that's very good, the power went out several times but they have a power plant, so we never suffered because of that, immediacy in all the requests we made, many stairs, it's difficult for older people, that's all. We had a great experience, we would rent again

Excellent stay, it was a family trip, the beach is 5 blocks away, easy access to shops, laundries, restaurants and shopping area, the house is very clean and faithful to the description mentioned, Jacob is super friendly and attentive always! I would definitely come back!

Jacob was a very responsive host. The house was large, safe, private, an easy walk to the beach, and the pool was great! Unfortunately the house is not safe for young children, anyone with mobility challenges or poor balance. There are unexpected changes in floor heights (a half step down out of a bathroom and the primary bedroom) which resulted in an elderly family member falling on the tile floor and being injured. Also, the upper floor balcony railings have gaps large enough for young children to fall through (which was stressful but did not result in any injuries). The house would be great for a large group of young adults.
