• Avellanas Beach Club: A per-person daily fee applies to use the facilities, which include a pool with lounge chairs, spa, playground for kids, gym, parking, and direct access to Avellanas Beach. Access may change without notice, and the club could be closed on some days in October.
• Mountain bike trails: Bike rentals are available on-site, or you are welcome to bring your own.

The nearest airport is Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport in Liberia, approximately a 1.5-hour drive. Traveling from SJO airport may take around 5 hours, depending on traffic and peak season conditions.
