The Space
Welcome to our modern tropical home featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms, newly constructed in Playa Venao. Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, the house boasts expansive glass sliding doors that open the living areas to the outdoors.
Enjoy the private pool, hot tub, spacious covered patio with a barbecue, and lush landscaping that create a resort-like atmosphere. Located on the beach side of the main road, the home is just a short walk from a quiet and secluded section of Playa Venao beach.
This two-story residence has the living and entertainment areas on the ground floor, while the bedrooms and an additional lounge are situated upstairs. Each bedroom includes large windows offering stunning views of the treetops and ocean, built-in closets and drawers, and comfortable new beds with fresh linens. Both the bedrooms and downstairs areas are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure a cool environment. The upstairs lounge features an extra bed and a television.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire house, including the laundry room and a large pantry/storage area for food. Owner’s personal storage spaces will remain locked.

Home away from home, that’s how I felt at David’s Airbnb. Lovely and beautiful house. The house is located in a secluded area but at the same time close to restaurants and groceries

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s a beautiful home with many clever/modern touches that make it super comfortable for a family to enjoy. Of course the short stroll to an amazing beach with great body surfing and dips in the pool were also HUGE factors. We never turned on the A/C - the fans and big, screened windows let all the air circulate and let the sounds of surf in. Best sleep ever 😊 Only wish we could have stayed a bit longer!

Very nice, functional house with a pool . The beach is spectacular and unique in thousands of ways. Esteban is really hard working real hospitality pro, which is rarity in airbnb setting.

Un lugar al que volvería sin duda. La zona es muy tranquila y se pueden escuchar los monos ahulladores. Ubicada a unos pasos de la playa. Gracias al anfitrión.

This is a very cool house, the private pool and deck with BBQ and it's own beverage fridge are a great asset. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and the rooms are spacious and clean. You have a quick 3 min walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and the busier Venado Beach area. Would recommend!
