Bedroom Distribution

1. Room 1: King-size bed, single bunk bed with two single beds, and a full bathroom
2. Room 2: Double bed, single bed, single bunk bed with two single beds, and a full bathroom
3. Room 3: Double bed and single bed
4. Room 4: Double bed and single bed
5. Room 5: Bunk bed with two single beds

Rooms 3, 4, and 5 are located on the second floor and share one full bathroom.

The maximum occupancy is 17 guests. The base nightly rate covers 10 guests. Each additional guest costs US$25 per night. Please include the total number of guests, including children, when making your reservation to receive an accurate price.

Sergio Brenes is a chef with more than 15 years of experience. Inspired by his grandmother, he founded Nativo Chef two years ago to bring high-quality local cuisine directly to your villa.

With a private chef, you can enjoy a memorable dining experience without shopping, cooking, or cleaning. Meals are prepared in the comfort of the house.

Guest Access

The entire house and all its facilities are exclusively available to your group. Please review the house rules before booking.

The nightly rate depends on the total number of guests, so be sure to include everyone in your reservation, including children, to receive an accurate quote.

The owners live a few meters away and can prepare traditional Costa Rican food for a reasonable price. They also offer cooking classes. If you would like to experience authentic local cuisine, let us know so meals can be arranged.
