Overview

Enjoy Cancun with family or friends at Castillo II, a spacious home for up to 13 guests in Residencial Cumbres. The property features four suites with private bathrooms, a heated pool with a waterfall, a garden with a hammock and lounge chairs, a Nintendo Switch, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Located in a gated community with 24-hour security, the house is just minutes from the beaches. Restaurants, supermarkets, and shops are also within walking distance.

The Space

Castillo II is designed for relaxing vacations with family or friends, offering comfortable spaces and several areas for spending time together.

Each of the four suites includes a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a 60-inch smart TV. Three suites are arranged across two levels with interior staircases, creating distinctive layouts and a greater sense of space.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private heated pool with a waterfall, a garden, lounge chairs, and a hammock—ideal for unwinding after exploring Cancun.

The garden is one of the home’s favorite spaces, with a private heated pool featuring a waterfall.

It is a comfortable setting for enjoying Cancun’s weather, relaxing on the lounge chairs, or spending a quiet afternoon with family. A hammock is also available for outdoor relaxation.

Kitchen and Entertainment

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals throughout your stay, from breakfast before heading out to dinner at home.

The dining room seats up to 12 people, and the living room includes a 75-inch TV. A Nintendo Switch with Super Mario is also provided for family game time.

Important Information

• The maximum capacity is 13 guests.
• All bedrooms are located upstairs and require the use of stairs.
• Three suites have two levels connected by interior stairs. Please consider this if traveling with small children or guests with reduced mobility.
• The pool is private and heated. Children must be supervised by an adult while using it.
• The property is located in a family-oriented residential area. Guests are asked to respect the neighbors and keep music and noise at a moderate volume, especially at night.
• Access to the house is provided through an electronic code, which will be shared before arrival.
• A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
• Additional services, including private transportation, tours, yachts, and a chef, can be arranged upon request and may incur an additional fee.
