The Space

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is perfectly situated in the heart of town, directly across from Tamarindo Beach. From the terrace, you can hear the soothing sound of waves crashing. Located in the Sunrise gated community, this 1,600 square foot, second-floor unit offers both luxury and convenience.

The condo features brand new furnishings throughout. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. The third bedroom contains a queen bed. The property comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

A travel crib is available upon request through our concierge team, subject to availability and an additional fee.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood cabinetry, and all necessary utensils and cookware. A private washer and dryer are also included.
