Amazing home and location! I’d put it in the running for nicest/coolest airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Very secluded at the end of the road with a gated driveway entrance and living area + patio that faces nature/the river below. The outdoor garden area at the bottom of the hill/stairs is a great spot to hang out with some short trails nearby as well. Very easy to get to La Fortuna or anything in the area. Priscilla was great to work with and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.

We stayed with our 2 boys and the house was perfect! It had absolutely everything we needed from kitchen items to entertainment. The river was amazing and our boys loved exploring and finding lizards. We even brought breakfast down one morning and saw a basilisk run across the water! We arrived early and were ready to just hang out but Priscilla and her husband were very accommodating to let us in a bit before our scheduled time. Having two young boys, we had lots of adventures but when it came to down time, this house made it easy. They provide a Netflix account for the house and each bedroom, along with the living room has a tv. The jacuzzi was a great way to end the night. Overall the best part was Priscilla’s communication. Her directions to the house and instructions for using it were though-rough and we had no questions while we were there. She and her husband have made sure to cover it all!! Plan to recommend this spot to any one I know who hopes to visits La Fortuna.

We had a great time at Priscilla’s place. The house was super comfortable, clean, with all necessary amenities, and it was the perfect base to explore the area. We loved how peaceful it is with the flow of the river below. Priscilla was a great host too - we had challenges getting to our Airbnb on time due to the rains and blocked roads, and Priscilla cared deeply and was flexible in accommodating us. Highly recommended!

The place is very nice and the area is extremely quiet, perfect for enjoying a weekend break. The house was super well equipped and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was very clean and quite comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you could need. The jacuzzi was a big plus, especially if it rains a lot, since you don't have to go out and look for another place to enjoy yourself. You can stay in the house and have a great time. Priscila's service was excellent: she was always very attentive, responded quickly, and was very kind at all times. Definitely a place we would go back to. Highly recommended!

We had some fantastic days at the Elixir accommodation. We were very comfortable and the surroundings were unbeatable. Getting up in the mornings and going down to the river to take a walk and a swim has been incredible. And in the afternoons, when we got back from the excursions, we had the hot tub ready for relaxing. In addition, Priscilla and her husband's service made us feel at home, and they helped us with everything we needed. They are a super friendly and very generous couple. We didn't extend our stay here any longer because we had to continue our route through Costa Rica, but if not, we would have stayed longer :)

We have had a great time in La Fortuna and it was made extra special with the time spent at this beautiful villa. Even before we reached Priscilla had been very helpful in sorting out some local transport etc for us. It goes to show that out of 4 days that we stayed in La Fortuna we spent 2 whole days just at the villa. The spot by the riverside is beautiful and the hot tub overlooking Arenal volcano was lovely too. One morning we did a beautiful but steep walk to the La Fortuna waterfall along beautiful countryside. La Fortuna town was also close enough and it was very easy to call an Uber to take us into town. Thank you Priscilla for enabling us to have such a great time and for all your help and advice. All the best.

Debbie and I travel extensively and prefer airbnbs and this was by far the best one we've ever stayed in. The grounds are amazing, being right on the river, and we enjoyed having coffee on the Riverside terrace every morning. It is only 5 minutes from La Fortuna. And we have never experienced such rapid response from a host like Priscilla. She provided great suggestions on places to eat and activities as well as responded to simple routine requests in literally less than 2 minutes.

Beautiful! The space was perfect and so relaxing. Priscilla was so kind and responsive. Loved the hot tub and the river sounds. Highly recommend!

What a lovely house and amazing garden! We enjoyed the view from the terrace, the Jacuzzi and the beautiful spot downstairs by the river. Priscilla is a very nice host; incredibly friendly and quick in her responses. This address is really recommended!
