Deposit and Identification

The condominium requires a $5,000 deposit, payable in cash or by Visa or Mastercard credit card. Debit cards and American Express are not accepted.

Credit card refunds may take several days to process, while cash refunds are immediate. Guests must also provide identification, which will remain in the condominium’s custody during their stay.

Parking

The apartment includes two parking spaces.

Electricity

The rental includes a daily electricity allowance of $350 Mexican pesos, which is sufficient for using the air conditioning while guests are in the apartment.

Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment, keep the windows closed while it is operating, and do not set the temperature below 23.5°C. Excessive electricity consumption may exhaust the allowance and can damage the equipment.

If the electricity allowance runs out, it can be recharged at the building’s reception.
