Guests Without a Vehicle
- Enter the lobby and identify yourself using your name and identification card or passport. Mention that you are a guest of apartment 1205.
- You will receive the apartment keys and an access card for the basement, lobby, pool, and gym.
- Keep the access card safe. A fee will apply if it is lost.
Guests With a Vehicle
- Use the ramp to enter the underground parking area.
- Enter 1205 on the keypad, identify yourself, and access to the basement will be provided.
- Take the ticket issued by the machine and keep it safe.
- Drive to parking level S4 and locate parking space 27.
- To reach the parking area, use the door on level S3. Scan the QR code on your ticket at the machine to open the door.
- Proceed to the lobby to check in. You will receive an access card for the front door, basement door, and social-area doors.
- After parking, you will see an elevator directly ahead on the right. Do not use this elevator; take the elevator on the left, around the curve.
- Travel to the 12th floor. The apartment is on your right.

This is at the EON Building which is new and you won't see it on some aerial maps. However the location is excellent because you can walk to great restaurants and the mall. Feels like you're in the heart of zone 10. I always felt safe walking around. Once there, there is a small lobby with a business office and a bathroom. The unit was clean and spacious but at the same time efficient design. There was no air-conditioning but that was not part of the property description so keep that in mind and you'll have to open up the windows and the door to the balcony. A floor fan was provided and the weather was nice enough where you did not need an air conditioner. There's only one nightstand and a comfortable bed as well as a great dining table with two chairs also television was provided. Shampoo and body soap were also provided. There is a full-size washer and dryer which came in handy. The building has a gym and a pool and an outdoor bar and a game room indoors.
