Casa Moreno is a private villa located off of the Manuel Antonio road between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. It is in a small development of beautiful homes called Pajaro Azul Villas Two. This villa has a spectacular view of the Pacific ocean, the new Vela Pez marina, the town of Quepos, and the rainforest mountains. The air is so clear you can see unbelievable distances. There is a private pool, a modern kitchen, and close covered parking, Concierge and maid services are included in the rates. The space The home design is a blend of Mediterranean and Costa Rican decor. It has both charm and comfort. Everything is kept updated and replenished. The furniture was all custom made in Sarchi, Costa Rica from local guantacaste wood and is of fine quality. There is a full range of good quality appliances and utensils, towels and linens. The space can easily accomodate 10 people. There are four bedrooms with five beds, a sofa bed, and three full baths. There is a full laundry facility. There is covered parking ten feet from the front door. All the bedrooms have large closets and comfortable beds with toppers and protective covers. Each bedroom has a separate AC system. There are three full tile baths with good showers. The living/dining and kitchen area is open and roomy. The views of the Pacific ocean, the town of Quepos, and the rainforest mountains can be seen from this entire area. The balcony off the kitchen is full length and provides the best view of all. The Pez Vela Marina can be seen from here. There is a large five burner gas grill and seating for ten on the balcony. The lower deck has additional seating outside the lower bedrooms and at the pool area. The Villa has a monitored alarm system, a security fence around the entire property, and a safe for your valuables. The pool is private and lit for night swimming. The pool walls are painted as a Costa Rica landscape mural by a local artist. Many of the local flora and fauna are incorporated into the mural. It is fun to find and name them. The spacious patio area around the pool is equipped with quality loungers and tables and chairs. The two lower level bedrooms have access to the pool area as well as the house. The exterior has beautiful tropical landscaping which attracts wildlife, especially birds and butterflies. Guest access This is a private home, with a private swimming pool.
