Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, along with access to the shared areas within the complex, including the two outdoor swimming pools, sundeck, showers, barbecue grill, and restrooms.
One parking space is available for a car or sport utility vehicle. If you need an additional space or have a larger vehicle, please let us know.
Beach club access may also be available upon request.
Location
Aldea Zama is a growing neighborhood located close to the beach, town, and many of the area’s best hotels and restaurants. The community is safe and welcoming, with new restaurants, cafés, and shops opening nearby.
The surrounding area offers numerous cenotes, Mayan pyramids, and other interesting places to explore.
Although renting a car is recommended, bicycles, taxis, and buses are also available for getting around.

This is a really good, nice a cozy place. You have all three bedrooms each one with their wc and ac. You have a seven eleven and a pharmacy walking distance 5 min. Totally recommend it

It is in a great area of Tulum, not close to the beach but the transfer is very fast, minutes away you can find restaurants and cafes, very good.

The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful ! It’s located less than 15 minutes away from the popular restaurants/beach clubs. I appreciated the security at the entrance of the property and limit on those that could enter. I also appreciated their willingness to call taxis! The rooms were very spacious and clean. There was construction taking place next door that seemed like it was a never ending project so we had to keep our blinds down for privacy. The noise wasn’t overbearing nor surprising, after all Tulum is on the up and up. We had some electrical issues with the stove and microwave but the owner was extremely accommodating and checked in on us frequently. Overall, I would definitely stay here again !

Super friendly neighborhood full of tourists. The staff working the front gate were so nice and helpful. The rooms look as advertised. Definitely look into renting a bike or moped for getting around (staff can assist with that). Getting to the beach would’ve been a 30+ minute walk, at least.

It's all good. We did a self-check in and we found everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend renting a car to move around. Very comfortable , quiet and safe place to stay.

Corrado’s home was very nice and welcoming. Jacuzzi tub on private balcony, nice! Didn’t get to use though. Filtered drinking water was provided which was a relatively nice touch. Amenities were nice as well.
