Playa Blanca Condo

Overview

Experience San Carlos, Sonora, from this privately owned, beachfront condominium on a stunning 2-mile stretch of white sand beach. Located on the ninth floor, the fully furnished and tastefully decorated condo accommodates up to eight guests and offers spectacular ocean and sunset views.

The property can accommodate up to 10 guests. An additional guest fee of $67 applies for each guest beyond the first eight.

The Space

The spacious, open layout is well suited to families and small groups, with comfortable areas for dining, sleeping, entertainment, and game nights. Relax on the terrace, watch a movie, or enjoy the sunset from the comfort of the condo.

Towels are located in the bedroom closets. If you use the beach towels, please return them to the condominium. A $15 fee applies for each lost beach towel.

Early Check-In

Early check-in may be available if no guests are checking out on the same day. It must be requested and confirmed in advance.

Parking and Arrival

• Up to three cars may enter through the gate.
• Tell the guard that you are going to condominium 909.

Access to the Condominium

Enter through the lobby and proceed directly to the elevator area; there is no need to approach the front desk.

A door code will be provided on the day of check-in. Use the same code throughout your stay. The code also locks the front door.

You may also press the “YALE” button to lock the door.

The internet network is secure. Please do not disconnect the white eero devices located at the kitchen bar and in the bedrooms, as they extend the Wi-Fi network.

Shared Facilities

The property includes shared facilities used by guests from other condominiums:

• Two swimming pools
• Two Jacuzzis
• Tennis court
• Pickleball court

Grills

Four grills are available on the first floor in the parking area:

• Two on the right side
• Two on the left side

Please inform the administrator before using a grill.

Trash

Before leaving the condominium, place trash in the bags located in the cabinet under the kitchen sink.

• Take the bags to the hallway in the morning and no later than 5:00 p.m.
• Do not place trash in the hallway after 5:00 p.m., as the cleaning service no longer collects it.
• Dispose of boxes and large items in the designated container area.

Pets

This is a pet-friendly home. Please follow these rules:

• Pets must always be kept on a leash.
• If the Playa Blanca administration reports that a pet is off-leash, a $50 fine will be charged to your account.
• Do not leave pets unattended and loose inside the condominium.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
• An additional cleaning fee may apply if these rules are not followed.

House Rules

Please respect the condominium and its neighbors. Playa Blanca is a quiet hotel and condominium community.

• Loud music, nighttime parties, and large group gatherings are not permitted.
• After the first noise complaint, we will need to contact the Playa Blanca manager.
• A second noise complaint may result in eviction.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the condominium.
• If the cleaning staff detects cigarette odor inside the condominium, a $300 fee will be charged.
• Smoking is permitted only outside. Please use an ashtray filled with water to help prevent fires.

Check-Out

Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. The cleaning team arrives 15 minutes after check-out time. If you need a later check-out, please ask in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Before departing:

1. Leave the beds unmade and place used towels over the washing machine.
2. Wash the final load of dishes in the dishwasher.
3. Place all trash in bags located in the cabinet under the kitchen sink, then take the bags to the hallway.
4. Dispose of boxes and large items in the hotel trash dumpster.
5. Turn off all lights and fans.
6. Close and lock all windows and sliding doors.
7. Exit through the front door and press the “YALE” button to lock it.
