Villa Victoria is a spacious retreat in Pedregal, within walking distance of downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina. The property features a private pool terrace, barbecue, comfortable suites, and beautiful views of the city lights and Cabo San Lucas Bay.

The Space

Location and Construction Notice

Los Cabos is a growing resort area, and construction may occur at any time without notice. We do not control construction projects or schedules; however, we will do our best to assist if construction causes an inconvenience.

Guest Access

Villa Victoria is a private home within a gated community. Guests have private access to the entire home, including the pool, except for the locked owner’s closet.

House Rules and Important Information

• The minimum age for all guests is 25. This restriction does not apply to children traveling with their parents.
• Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• Noise or other disturbing behavior after 10:00 p.m. in gated communities may result in a fine.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are prohibited.
• Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning. Guests are fully responsible for paying these fines.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Weddings, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and other events are not permitted unless specifically pre-authorized and the required event fee has been paid.
• By booking a reservation, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and accept all terms and conditions listed in the agreement.

Occupancy

The total number of people permitted at the property at any time is limited to the contracted number of guests for the reservation. The renter must disclose the number of people in the group and provide the name of every group member. See the rental rules for additional terms.

Please list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with their parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Holiday and Spring Break Restrictions

• A seven-night minimum stay applies for December 25 and January 1.
• If the reservation includes both holidays, a 14-night minimum stay is required.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without approval. An additional deposit is required.
