Great location along the corridor, close to Cabo San Lucas. Cabo Del Sol is a nice community, home is large and well equipped however it is older and quite dusty, this may be due to the construction of the new mall across the golf course. Host was responsive and very helpful.

Hi Michael, sorry for the dust, we do have the statement in the description of ongoing construction. We did want to mention when staff went to clean after departure, we found dirt from the planters on the couch from the beach toys, decor pillows were in a pile in the corner with the wet beach towel, couch & its pillows pulled out of position, 2 tv's and their devices were left detached, also un-flushed toilets in 2 of the bedrooms.

Our group of 10 had an amazing stay at this house! There were plenty of rooms, space and bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. The decor is beautiful and the common spaces are amazing to hang out in, so much so that we opted to cancel our dinner reservation one night because we didn’t want to leave the house! Patrick, the manager, was extremely responsive, sent us recommendations and met us at the house at check in which made everything seamless and easy. There is a lot of construction in the surrounding area but the community is gorgeous and safe, you can walk to the beach and the house was really beautiful.

Carlos was a great host and his home was beautiful! I was particularly impressed with his responsiveness as well as his incredible recommendations for local services (private chef, transportation, etc). Thanks for a great vacation!

The stay at the property was very good. The property is gorgeous and looks just like the pictures. It’s nestled in a very nice area in Cabo and near to most attractions or activities! The neighborhood was really safe as well and that was a major plus. My only points of concern was the water temperature upstairs and the pressure in one of the toilets. However, Patrick (property manager) was very responsive to our messages. I would also recommend reaching out to them for private chef recommendations. Chef Lalo was amazing with our group!

Came to Cabo to celebrate my bachelorette with a group of friends. Carlos was attentive to our needs and very responsive. His recommendations were exceptional, and very knowledgeable in their prospective fields. Beautiful home and I love the facts that he considers his community at the end of your stay (he donates pool items). Wonderful place to stay, I highly recommend staying with Carlos for a carefree vacation.

Don’t stay here until bathrooms are fixed. Only 2 showers had hot water. Toilets didn’t flush. None of the bathrooms had hair dryers so our first night out we went w wet heads. Patrick responded promptly and drove blow dryers over but it took an hour and it was too late. He responded quickly to our complaints on the bathrooms but it didn’t get fixed. 5 ladies shared 1 shower for the entire trip. The shades fell in one room and that guest had to deal with sunshine at 5am. When I asked about a partial refund I received no response. Definitely not worth what we paid.

I rented this house for my bachelorette party. There were 6 girls and we always felt super safe in the house / neighborhood. The house is in a gated community with great security. The house itself is very nice and the pool was the highlight of our stay. Host was very responsive to all my messages. He helped us set up transportation to and from the airport prior to our arrival, home chef, recommended grocery delivery services. There is not a lot to do in the immediate area where the house is, so we did take several Ubers but the process was not difficult. One downside to our trip was when we did arrive, the house was not cleaned properly- dirty dishes, trash that hadn’t been taken out, stains on bedsheets. We communicated this with the host and he brought a new cleaning crew to clean the house that same day. We also did get a portion of our stay reimbursed for the inconvenience.

This was a great spot and Patrick was extremely helpful in helping us find a chef, grocery delivery and car services for our stay. He was there at check in to walk us through the property and was extremely responsive in answering our questions. The only downside was that it was very difficult to get Ubers to be granted access into the gated community

We stayed here for a girls weekend and our visit was everything we could have imagined and more! Before arrival, the hosts were super helpful in recommending boat, chef (we highly recommend Lalos gourmet - ask for Eduardo!), and grocery services, and upon arrival Patrick was there to greet us and let us in along with our grocery delivery. He was very helpful in giving us a tour of the house, how to work the speaker and house systems, and was even there upon checkout to help us carry out our belongings. The location is in a super private, heavily gated community by the four seasons and overlooks a stunning golf course. We felt very secure and comfortable and loved using the kitchen and having meals outdoor! Highly recommend this property for any occasion!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful villa! The home is beautiful and as advertised!

The one downside was just that there was pretty loud construction that started at 6am each morning (except on Sundays). That was a bummer for sleeping in.

Otherwise we had a wonderful time and would stay here again (once the construction is over :-) )

Words cannot describe how amazing the house was. We felt extremely safe in the double gated community and it was safe to run or walk around. The beach access is About a mile away from the house and easy to find. Panoramic views of the golf course and Beach. Will stay here again 100%

House was stunning and location was fabulous! My biggest complaint was the hosting. I’ve booked homes all over Mexico and the host normally handles everything from transportation, to chef, to reservations, pre-stocking home, etc. Host did set up airport transportation but everything else we were sent recommendations for us to book. We ended up using a host from a previous vacation to handle our trip for us! Although the house and stay was amazing, the hosting does go a long way and I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend to others.

We had an amazing overall experience. The house aesthetics / decor are even better in person. The flow for entertaining our large group was perfect and we even got to use the pool a couple of days in between activities. My recommendation would be for the casitas to have a little more lighting inside (the bathrooms are dark so for getting ready the girls needed to go to the main house) and then the first night the master bath hot water didn’t work but by the next morning it was hot. Would happily come stay here again!

Great accommodation for a large multi-family group. The area is safe and beautiful. The property manager, Patrick, was very responsive and helpful when issues arose.
