We had a great time at this apartment in El Tesoro. The location is ideal, in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood, a few steps from Amsterdam Plaza and close to the El Tesoro shopping center. It was the perfect base from which to discover Medellín while enjoying a very comfortable environment. The house was spotless upon our arrival, modern, very well equipped and in full conformity with the listing. It felt like home from day one. We also really appreciated Fernando's availability and responsiveness. Communication was always simple and efficient, and we felt that everything was done to ensure that our stay went smoothly. We are leaving with great memories of Medellín and will not hesitate to book this house again on a future trip. We'd recommend it without hesitation!

"The house is in need of maintenance. The bathroom sink faucets need to be replaced, and one of the toilets is clogged; in fact, they left the plungers out, which is causing a bad odor. Additionally, there is no air conditioning or fans, so if it gets hot, you are forced to leave the doors and windows open. The place also lacks cleanliness, and the furniture is dirty." With a small investment, these issues could be easily resolved. For example, replacing old pans, adding washable covers to the furniture, and installing fans would make a significant difference in the guest experience, even without air conditioning."
