Fantastic Stay in Playa del Carmen! We had an amazing time staying at Chris’s place! The location is absolutely unbeatable—everything you could possibly need is within easy walking distance. You are just a short stroll from the beach, as well as tons of great local bars and restaurants, yet the property itself is surprisingly peaceful and quiet when you're ready to unwind. Chris is a fantastic host, and a huge shoutout to Gisel, the co-host, who managed everything seamlessly for us throughout our trip! They were both super responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail to ensure a smooth stay. Highly recommend booking with them if you're visiting Playa del Carmen!

I have been to Playa Del Carmen many times over the years but somehow I have never stayed in this particular area. It's has a lot of great restaurants and is very walkable to the beach and 5th Ave. The condo and the roof top pool exceeded my expectations, and I will most definitely will stay at the condo again.

I really enjoyed my stay! The Welcome Guide is literally the best thing ever. Also, Gisel is the sweetest and most hospitable co-host. Chris did very well explaining everything in welcome guide and I still was very amazed by the actual location and atmosphere.

That’s the host that you want! Communication A1 with an amazing guide of everything that we need to know before arrival and while there. Condo was really nice and it’s for me the best location ever! On the most beautiful street in Riviera Maya (Calle 38) with a very very very short walking distance to the beach and/or the fascinating Quinta Avenida! Thanks for the 20l of water and for the always very fast answer! The pool on the top of the building is awesome too. Large enough, very clean and with a magical view of the sea! Thank you Chris and to all of your team! We will be back
