Great stay! My in-laws live in Playa Del Carmen, we travel there regularly to visit, and this was definitely the best property that we have stayed at, both in terms of the property itself as well as the location! Very close to all the action on Quinta Avenida (Fifth Avenue), but amazingly quiet given the proximity to Quinta Avenida. Condo was very clean, everything was very well documented and organized, and communication was exceptional. The rooftop pool was amazing and the gym was surprisingly well equiped. Would highly recommend this property to anyone! Thanks so much for a great stay! :-)

Fantastic Stay in Playa del Carmen! We had an amazing time staying at Chris’s place! The location is absolutely unbeatable—everything you could possibly need is within easy walking distance. You are just a short stroll from the beach, as well as tons of great local bars and restaurants, yet the property itself is surprisingly peaceful and quiet when you're ready to unwind. Chris is a fantastic host, and a huge shoutout to Gisel, the co-host, who managed everything seamlessly for us throughout our trip! They were both super responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail to ensure a smooth stay. Highly recommend booking with them if you're visiting Playa del Carmen!

I have been to Playa Del Carmen many times over the years but somehow I have never stayed in this particular area. It's has a lot of great restaurants and is very walkable to the beach and 5th Ave. The condo and the roof top pool exceeded my expectations, and I will most definitely will stay at the condo again.
