Completed in 2023, this thoughtfully designed two-story home combines modern architecture with comfort and functionality.

The main level features a bright, open-concept living area that connects the kitchen, dining space, and lounge, creating an inviting setting for relaxing or gathering. This floor also includes:

• One guest bedroom with a queen bed
• One full bathroom
• A dedicated laundry room

Upstairs, the home offers three additional bedrooms:

• A spacious primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom
• One guest bedroom with a queen bed
• One guest bedroom with a twin bed
• A shared Jack and Jill bathroom for the two guest bedrooms

Each bedroom includes generous storage and a private balcony with ocean views.
