Great appartement for a family stay in Playa del Carmen. Close to everything but still quiet at night. Kitchen is very well equiped if you need to cook and the two bedrooms are very confortable.

Erin’s condo is beautiful and very well stocked. We also have a rental and I can now say after renting Erin’s condo, it has made me reevaluate what I offer! We were 2 adult couples looking for relaxation and great restaurants and we found it here. Coffee on the balcony, Happy hour by the pool, quick walk to a plethora of restaurants at night. If you are looking for a place with the amenities but without the high price this place spectacular. Secluded in a gated community, within steps to 5th Ave. We felt welcomed and safe and hope to return next year! Thank You! Note: If you are looking for a private chef, Paula from Uxata Chef Services was an absolute dream. We had her come 3 times (Brunch, Lunch and Snack) Read her reviews on Google. Highly recommend.

The location was great and the actual rooms were beautiful however we booked this due to the pool and it was closed for cleaning the entirety of our stay. I had to be the one to let them know and also suggest they provide another pool for us to use. They did end up providing this but it was after 12+ hours and it just felt a bit too late. Honestly skip and just stay at an all inclusive

This condo was great! The location was perfect walking distance to so many restaurants and shopping. Being right by the ferry port was super convenient as well. You can tell the unit was newly renovated as it was gorgeous! We loved the balcony over looking the pool and bar area. The staff at Xaman Ha was also fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condominium right next to the beach, looked just like in the pictures. Walkable distance to all the places I wanted like the ferry dock, 5th avenue, and great local food. Private and peaceful area. Erin was great, very responsive and proactive! Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

This property was everything Aaron, described in more great space for a small family. Great kitchen space. Plenty like of utensils, towels, everything one would need to be comfortable and to feel at home.
