The pool deck is just steps from the beach, where you can relax on soft white sand. Unlike many beachfront destinations, this shoreline stretches for miles in both directions, offering plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sun and views of Cozumel on the horizon.

Guest Access
In addition to the condo, guests have full access to the pool and beach. Chaise lounges are available on both the pool deck and beachfront, and beach towels are provided.
Additional Information
- The pool will be closed for maintenance from September 15 to October 4, 2025. The pool bar will also be closed during this period.
- Please close the doors whenever the air conditioning is running.
- Turn off the air conditioning when leaving for the day or night. Electricity is very expensive in Quintana Roo.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the condo, but it is allowed on the patio.
- September and October are construction months at Xaman Ha. Owners may renovate and make noise from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
- Please keep this potential noise in mind when booking during these months.
- Ask about transportation to and from the airport.

This 2 bedroom is a very nicely renovated condo at xaman ha. It’s equipped with everything, plus some nice additions including huge tv, laundry, oven. Host very responsive. Nice spot!

We’ve stayed at the XamanHa condos many times. It’s the best location in playa del Carmen. The units here can vary a bit —- some are quite tired. Not this one. This particular unit is extra nice. Well appointed. Well supplied. They took out all the old shitty furniture that most places here have. Nice job, owners!

Wonderful place to stay. View of the ocean is gorgeous, and the unit was very quiet and peaceful. Unit was exactly as described. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were extremely comfortable and host was very responsive to any questions.

Bailey's condo was perfect for our group of two couples. The location being right in town and on the beach cannot be beat. The beach was pristine. It is also very convenient to have the pool bar that also offers light lunch food. The condo itself was extremely clean and comfortable. I'll be staying here next time I come back to Playa del Carmen.

This was a wonderful condo for our family! It was close to town, but far enough away from the busy areas. The pool and beach were a highlight! We watched the sunrise every morning.

Hello! I wanted to tell you that the stay in the apartment was 5 stars! I highly recommend it! I went with my family. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, super clean, and they left us water drums, rolls of napkins and toilet paper, as well as laundry soap and other things. Everything was very generous. The appliances are high-capacity, new and top-brand. The mattresses are soooo comfortable! The place has an amazing view. Unfortunately, it was ruined by the excess of sargassum, we could not use the beach or open the window because of the smell. But that goes beyond what the accommodation is. It was a natural phenomenon that covered all of Cancun and Playa del Carmen. Just in Costa Mujeres, it was a little better. We traveled to Cozumel. The beach is uninhabitable, also consumed by sargassum. In Isla Mujeres, it was free and we enjoyed the beach. As for the area, around the corner there was a shopping center that led to 5th Avenue. A luxury to walk around.
