The platform rate covers up to 16 guests. The property can accommodate up to 33 people in beds distributed across six bedrooms. An additional fee of 100,000 pesos per person, per night, applies for guests beyond the initial 16. This fee can be paid directly to the host after the initial Airbnb reservation has been made.
Children under two years old do not pay and are not included in the 16-guest limit.

A trusted local woman is available to hire directly if guests would like assistance with cooking.
Important Information
- Guests must pay 10,000 pesos in cash per person for a wristband at the condominium’s main entrance. This security measure allows guests to be identified whenever they leave or re-enter the community.
- Upon arrival, guests receive an inventory form listing the items provided. The designated person receiving the property must sign this form.
- Glass bottles and glassware are not permitted inside or around the swimming pool.
- Swimming pool use is permitted until 9:00 p.m. The pool attendant must perform daily maintenance and apply the necessary chemicals. If this maintenance is not completed, the pool may be cloudy the following day.

We liked the house. It was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen utensils are very good. The pool was clean and spacious. The lady who received us was very friendly and attentive. As improvements, it would be good to change the outdoor furniture due to its condition. The ping-pong table and balls were not in good condition, and likewise the BBQ was not ready for use.

Third time we go to this beautiful house, as always everything is very good, it is a beautiful place, just like the photos and perfect for a large group like us. We were less than expected, and the communication was given to solve everything that was happening. Thank you again for this place, totally recommended, it is private and safe, a delicious climate and good times that one can have, we hope to return again

Everything was amazing, the house is very nice, just like the published photos, the pool is perfect, we had a wonderful Christmas with my family, Mrs. Angela is very friendly and cooks delicious food, the only thing I recommend is to be clear about the additional people and the amount to pay after 16 people, otherwise it's very good, highly recommended.

Our stay was excellent, it allowed us to share a wonderful weekend with my whole family. The place is just as seen in the photos. It has large areas to rest and share: Communication with Lorena was excellent and I would like to highlight the attention and kindness of Angela and Fernando, who were always attentive. I would definitely come back!!!

Our stay was spectacular. We enjoyed the very quiet atmosphere as a family. Everything is very spacious and super comfortable, just like in the photos. Lorena is always very attentive to everything and Mrs. Alba helped us the entire time. We will return as it was an excellent stay Thanks to Lorena for letting us stay with my family

Excellent communication with Lorena, good security, excellent area for barbecues, spacious rooms, good gardens, good parking area and large pool; but unfortunately the property is being left to deteriorate. There are leaks in a bedroom bathroom, a sewer smell in the rooms, two clogged toilets, the kitchen is very dirty, we even found cobwebs in the drawers and we had two accidents, with metal hooks and metal bedbugs inside the pool that caused injuries to the foot of a child and an adult and there are loose tiles in the pool.

Lorena's house is as it is in the photos and even much better. Our entire experience was unbeatable. Communication with her was always very clear, before and after booking. Mrs. Ángela is very kind and was always in contact with us to address any concerns about the house, before arriving and when handing over. We are traveling with a group of more than 30 people and at no time feel uncomfortable. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cater to large groups. The BBQ area does not appear in the photos and was a pleasant surprise: it is very comfortable, well equipped and perfect for a large barbecue or even cooking with wood. The pool is very spacious, all the rooms had fans and air conditioning, the furniture and the toilet were spotless. All in all, we'll be staying there again.
