Guest Access

Check-in is available after the established check-in time of 3:00 p.m., with no additional time restrictions afterward. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, and the receptionist will provide the access card for the building and elevator.

The entrance features controlled access, a digital lock, and an elevator for your convenience.

Parking

Three parking options are available:

1. Building parking

   The building offers parking at the following rates:

   • Day rate: Q100, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
   • Night rate: Q60, from 7:00 p.m. to midnight
   • Hourly rate: Q15
   • Half-hour rate: Q10

2. Private parking across from the building

   A private parking lot is located directly in front of the building’s ramp on 6th Avenue A. The rate is Q80 per night, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. On weekends, parking may be available until 11:00 a.m. Details can be provided after booking.

3. 24-hour parking lot

   For a more affordable option, a 24-hour parking lot is located 2.5 blocks away at the corner of 9th Street and 5th Avenue, next to Pollo Campero. The rate is Q40 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. Please let the host know if you will be arriving by vehicle so communication can be arranged with the parking manager.
