Dave and Kim’s place was perfect for my family to get together and enjoy some time creating memories. Their place was exactly as they described, well stocked and beautiful.

Dave was a very friendly and responsive host. We had a water leak in the bathroom coming from the ceiling for the first two days while we were there but he was on it and eventually got it fixed. As a host myself we make sure the property is fully cleaned and the property is ready to go and functional for our guests. I think they would benefit from a property mgmt company and better cleaning company cause when we entered the place it was steaming hot, there were cobwebs in areas of the property, the propane tank wasn't filled and only one out of the 7 pool sticks were ok to use. When you pay thousands of dollars for a rental your expectations are a little higher and we were a little disappointed in the readiness of the property.

Stayed 5 nights last week Kim did give us an early check in which was nice. The place was clean, photos mostly accurate. The internet worked intermittently and only in the main downstairs living room. None of the upstairs tv would connect to WiFi to stream for the kids to watch tv at night. Kim did have maintenance come to fix it but it never worked upstairs. The front keypad was difficult to operate as far as unlocking each time. One upstairs bedroom had no fan remote and the bed randomly broke while we were sleeping, the wood just snapped. We used the grill outside once then it was out of propane. Sheets and towels were clean and ample plates silverware and cookware. Bathrooms were nice but I did not see any black makeup towels. There were various dings, dents and holes in the wall which is fine, just something we noticed. The resort is nice, very quiet the days we were there. The bar/restaurant is closed on Wednesday. Would stay at the resort again, maybe different unit.

We had an amazing time! The amenities and view were awesome. We went with two other families, and Kim and Dave’s place fit everyone comfortably. Highly recommend!

Don’t miss this place if you have a large family. Accomodations were spacious for our group of 7. Excellent stay. Well equipped and appointed. We highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay! The place was clean, comfortable and matched the photos. The location was great, and communication with the host was smooth. We had two families and the penthouse provided plenty of room and then some. A few things didn't work which was a bit inconvenient, for example the upstairs AC, both ice makers, one of the showers and the hot tub. However, Kim and Dave were very responsive and did send someone out asap to fix AC. Otherwise this would definitely have been a 5 star for us. I'd love to come back and stay in the exact same spot, regardless! Thank you for a great stay.
