This 2-bedroom apartment is amazingly located in Calle 11 Oeste, Casco Antiguo just 1 block from Plaza Herrera park and most visited Restaurants, Bars and Night Clubs of this gorgeous touristic area! The space In this apartment you will find: Kitchen and Living Room: - Kitchen with Refrigerator and Freezer - Built-in Stove and Furnace for cooking your meals - Basic utensils for cooking - Plates and cutlery for eating and soap/sponge for washing the dishes - A/C in the Living Room and a ceiling fan as well - 1 Couch (2 seats) + 1 Chair - 1 rectangular dining table with 2 chairs + long wooden chair Toilet paper, soap and the rest of the amenities are limited per stay, extras are not included in the rental price. Bedroom #1: ✓ 1 Queen Bed for up to 2 guests ✓ Ceiling Fan ✓ A/C ✓ Blackout Curtains ✓ Night stand + lamp Bedroom #2: ✓ 1 Queen Bed for up to 2 guests ✓ Ceiling Fan ✓ A/C ✓ Blackout Curtains ✓ Night stand + lamp Bathrooms: There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, both with spacious modern shower, one toilet and a rustic styled washbasin. This apartment does not have a balcony. Guest access The building where this apartment is located, has a beautiful internal patio with natural light and fresh air. When you step outside, you have Casco Laundry on your right and Nomé Chocolate Factory on your left hand. If you turn right, and walk 1 block, you will quickly arrive to Plaza Herrera Park, which is surrounded by the best spots in Casco Viejo like The American Trade Hotel, Casa Casco Restaurant, Cafe Unido (for one of the best coffees you will taste in Panama!), Fonda Lo Que Hay (local food with a modern twist) and many many other great places to visit during your stay! Other things to note This apartment does not have a TV or washer/dryer (yet). We are working to improve our amenities! Toilet paper, soap and the rest of the amenities are limited per stay, extras are not included in the rental price. Check-in and check-out times can be flexible by paying an additional fee of USD$30 if requested with enough anticipation and it will depend on our availability and cleaning organization for the day. Please be aware that we don't have a special or secure place to store luggage before check-in time or after check-out time, thank you for your understanding. There is no elevator, only stairs. Casco is a highly touristic area, there are bars and night clubs nearby so there is a chance you could experience some music noise at some point during your stay. We are sorry for this inconvenience but sadly, it is out of our hands.
