Excellent house to rest and stay in all the time. Good spaces, good amenities and good service from Carmen and Gerardo. Stable internet.

Beautiful place, very quiet and comfortable, nice pool, a bit small but for children it was perfect. There are many mosquitoes that bite at certain times. All the spaces have screens that must be left closed. It's a bit uncomfortable, and several of us were bitten quite a bit. It is within a very safe complex with tennis courts and activities on a lake, such as skiing. We would have liked to have a barbecue. They have a perfect place to do it outside. We also wanted a campfire or a fire pit to watch the sky at night, but there was no way to do it. It was the World Cup final and there was no TV in the social area, which we really needed. Apart from these things that we would have liked, the place was great.

The house is very nice. Its design and every detail make it very cozy and modern. Ideal for relaxing and sharing with family or friends. The people in charge of the place are very helpful and attentive. The condominium is private and has a nautical service for sports such as wakeboarding and slalom, among others. It also has several tennis courts and pleasant areas for walking. The town is about 10 minutes away. You can get a lot of things there, but for more specific products, it's better to bring them. Recommendation: Be prepared for mosquitoes, as they can be a bit annoying due to the proximity to the lake.

This place is literally a dream for resting. The additional service of the two employees, who are there to cook and clean the rooms, allowed us to enjoy the place and the company of all of us who were there even more. In addition, Ms. Carmen cooks delicious food. We felt like we were in a traditional restaurant. The facilities are phenomenal. Everything was very nice. The only thing that can become annoying is the mosquito bites. The repellent didn't help us at all. I think I would follow the advice to take thiamine beforehand because this issue is very serious in that area.

The people who took care of us were super friendly and always very attentive throughout our stay. I would definitely come back without hesitation. Highly recommended!

It was amazing, just as described and shown. The house is too nice, impeccable and the service is excellent both from the app and in the house with the two people who helped us. We had a great time and felt right at home!!

The house and surroundings are really nice and pleasant. I 100% recommend this place because it has comfort combined with nature. The common area of the house is ideal for sharing a good conversation, with a simple and impeccable style, with a well-equipped kitchen that motivates you to use it. The view from the pool and balconies is beautiful because of the combination of the lake and the mountains. The chlorine-free pool water is a plus because it feels pleasant and generates tranquility for the children. Although mosquitoes are very common in the area, you can isolate the places in the house so it is very manageable. With my family we used the tennis court and also skied on the lake and it was a nice activity. Gerardo and Carmen are very friendly and efficient, so the whole experience was ideal.
