The apartment is situated within Buenaventura, one of Panama's premier luxury beach resorts, surrounded by nature and tranquil settings.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment and all of Buenaventura’s amenities, including:

An electric vehicle charger is available 24 hours a day near the centrally located Grand Deli Gourmet for an additional fee.

House Rules

Noise and Parties

• Please keep noise levels low, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., and during arrival and departure times.
• Parties and events are strictly prohibited. The smart home system monitors the number of devices and noise levels to enforce this rule.

Occupancy

• The maximum number of guests allowed is 13.
• Additional guests beyond the reservation will incur a $50 per person per night fee.
• Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in termination of the stay without refund and fines up to $1,000.

Pets

• Animals are not permitted in the building or rental unit.
• Violations may result in significant administrative, cleaning, and odor removal fees.

Pool Use

• Shower before entering the pool.
• No glass containers near or in the pool area.
• No jumping, horseplay, or pets allowed in the pool.

Smoking

• Smoking is prohibited indoors.
• Outdoor smoking is allowed if cigarette butts are disposed of properly.
• Evidence of indoor smoking will result in odor removal fees up to $399.

Eating and Drinking

• Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Use the dining room or patio for meals and beverages.

Furniture and Property Care

• Treat furniture with care and do not rearrange it.
• Guests are responsible for any damages.

Kitchen Use

• Keep dishes, pots, pans, and utensils reasonably clean.
• Excessive unwashed items may result in a $50 additional cleaning fee.

Electronics

• Turn off lights, fans, and electronics when leaving the apartment.

Towels and Linens

• Leave used towels on the bathroom or laundry floor.
• There is no need to make the beds, as linens will be washed after your stay.

Check-Out

• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. sharp.
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed without penalty.
• After 11:15 a.m., a $50 fee applies for every hour or partial hour.
• Staying past 3:00 p.m. on check-out day results in a penalty equal to double the daily rate and may lead to additional platform sanctions.

Security and Cleanliness

• Please close windows and lock all doors when leaving.
• Report any damages or breakages promptly.
• Guests are responsible for damages exceeding the security deposit.
• Dispose of trash in designated bins and be considerate of the property and neighbors.
