Photo Identification

Buenaventura Resort requires photo identification for all adult guests aged 18 and over at least one full day before arrival. International guests must provide passports, while local guests must provide Panamanian identification.

Access to the resort is not permitted until the identification process has been completed. Once approved, you will receive your entrance code before arrival.

Maximum Occupancy

To ensure everyone’s comfort and security, Buenaventura carefully monitors guest numbers. Please keep the number of occupants exactly as listed on your reservation.

Gatherings

Small, respectful gatherings are permitted. Please maintain a calm atmosphere and avoid excessive mess, property damage, or disruption.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Excessive noise during this period may result in resort fines.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please smoke outside only and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Additional cleaning or odor-removal fees may apply.

Energy Conservation

Please turn off lights, fans, and appliances when leaving the apartment. These small actions help conserve energy and support sustainability in Panama.

Check-Out

Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. This allows the cleaning team enough time to prepare the home for incoming guests.

Cleaning Courtesy

Please treat the apartment as your home during your stay. Leaving the space reasonably tidy helps the cleaning team and ensures that the next guests can enjoy it as much as you did.
