Located within the exclusive gated community of Cabo Bello, Casa La Roca offers the experience of a private six-star resort. This stunning villa is just a short 10-minute drive from downtown Cabo San Lucas, providing easy access to vibrant city life. Cabo Bello features a beautiful beach accessible only through a secure gated entrance.

The Space

Casa La Roca is a spacious and serene mini estate attached to a private, swimmable beach. The home includes:

• Private pool
• Hot tub (heating available for an additional fee)
• Outdoor fireplace
• Bar with outdoor TV and sound system
• Built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area
• Rooftop patio with bistro set, daybed, and chaise loungers offering spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez and Cabo Arches, perfect for watching sunsets

The outdoor area also features games such as ladder toss, corn hole, and football, along with numerous floatation devices. A wellness center is equipped with yoga mats, meditation pillows, sound bath bowls, exercise bands, and more.

Inside, the villa boasts a large open floor plan filled with natural light and panoramic views from nearly every window, spanning from the ocean to Land's End. The master bedroom includes a sunroom that can be closed off with sliding doors for privacy. This sunroom doubles as an office space, ideal for working remotely, and is furnished with a sit-stand desk, desk chair, printer, and two monitors.

• Room 3: Two queen beds
• Room 4: Two queen beds
• Room 5: Two queen beds
• Room 6: Three queen beds plus office setup (sunroom with ocean views)

Two air mattresses are also available for additional sleeping arrangements.

Note: Please do not have packages mailed directly to the property, as delivery in Cabo can be unreliable unless using a reputable shipping service such as Cabo Mailboxes.

Check-in instructions are sent 48 hours before arrival.

Pool and Spa

Pool heating must be arranged and paid for in advance through a payment link provided after booking confirmation.

• Pool heating costs $100 per day to maintain up to 83°F.
• An additional $25 per day is charged to heat the pool to 86°F.
• Spa heating is available on demand at $35 per day (usually takes 15–30 minutes to heat, up to 50 minutes in colder weather). The spa is not heated upon arrival.

Pool heating is generally recommended from mid-September to mid-June and is not necessary during summer months.

Please notify at least 24 hours in advance if you want the pool or spa heated upon arrival.

Pool heating fees are non-refundable unless there is an equipment malfunction.

Pets

The property is pet-friendly with prior approval.

• Pet deposit: $200 (includes $50 for the first pet's stay, $25 for each additional pet)
• The remaining deposit is refundable if no damage occurs during the stay.

Activities

Guests can enjoy a variety of activities, including painting classes offered by a local artist. These classes cover multiple mediums such as watercolor, drawing, acrylic, oil painting, and ceramics. They accommodate groups of all sizes, including private lessons, either at the villa or in the artist’s studio.

Transportation

If you do not have a vehicle or require transportation, the hosts can connect you with local companies. While Uber, Lyft, and taxis serve the area, additional local options are available if needed.

Parking

The property can accommodate 3 to 4 vehicles, depending on size:

• One in the garage driveway
• Two in front of the house
• One on the street

Child Travel Items

As a family-run business, the hosts welcome guests of all ages.

Complimentary items available with 24-hour notice:

• Pack and play
• High chair

For other child-related items such as strollers, car seats, or toys, the hosts partner with a local vendor. Fees apply directly to the vendor. Contact the hosts for details.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home and yard.

Maintenance

A gardener maintains the front and backyard once a week. Contractors access the pool and backyard via the side of the house, so guests do not need to be home during these visits.

Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability

By using the swimming pool, guests and their party assume all risks associated with pool use, including injury, damage, or death. All pool users agree to comply with pool rules. The landlord reserves the right to restrict pool access for non-compliance.

Indemnification and Release

Guests agree to:

• Accept all risks related to pool use, even if caused by landlord negligence.
• Be solely responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while using the pool.
• Indemnify and hold harmless the landlord from any claims or costs arising from pool use.

This waiver releases the landlord from all liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, including negligence.

Acknowledgment

By using the pool, guests confirm they have read and understood this waiver. It is governed by California law, with legal proceedings to be held in Los Angeles County. The waiver remains effective even if parts are deemed invalid.

Guests voluntarily choose to use the pool with full knowledge of the risks involved.
