The house is located inside the quiet and secure gated community of B Nayar, which has its own Beach Club and private beach.
The property is directly across from the B Nayar hotel. The Beach Club and private beach are approximately eight minutes away on foot or two minutes by car.
Guest Access
Each house or apartment includes complimentary access for up to eight registered guests per day.
- Additional guests cost $500 pesos per person, with 50% applied toward consumption.
- Children from 0 to 3 years old are admitted free of charge.
- Towel rental costs $150 pesos per towel, with registration available until 6:30 p.m.
- Lost towels cost $400 pesos each.

- Beach Club hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Restaurant closing time: 5:30 p.m.
- Bar closing time: 6:00 p.m.
- Departure time: 8:00 p.m.
Beach Club Regulations
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
- Speakers are not permitted.
- Coolers and cooler bags are not permitted.
- Only white towels are allowed.
- Thermoses of any type, including Yeti-style containers, are not permitted unless they are empty.
- Violations of the internal regulations, including bringing in snacks or drinks, may result in a monetary fine.

My stay at the house was very pleasant. We really liked that each room had its own bathroom, as well as the air conditioners. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the pool was warm. Rosy was always available to answer my questions!

Beautiful place, Rosy was amazing also! We didn’t realize how far the property was from Bucerias and other areas. (10mins drive only) Not walkable but it was nice and quiet and with a rental vehicle we were able to do so much. If you get a rental vehicle and stay here you will easily be able to venture out to some cool places like Sayulita, and Punta de Mita. We had one of the best trips ever and we were a group of 11. There was room for one more person to comfortably stay with us if we would have had to accommodate for that. Highly recommend for big groups or family!
