Beach club access is subject to availability, guest limits, and per-person daily usage fees. These fees vary by club and are not included in the nightly rate. The concierge can assist with reservations, current pricing, and planning.

Mandatory Community Access Fee

This residence is located within the private, gated Punta Mita community. A mandatory one-time access fee is required for each guest, per stay, and is valid for up to 30 consecutive days. The fee is not included in the nightly rate and must be paid before arrival.

Access Fee

• Adults and teenagers aged 13 and older: USD $66.70 per person, per stay
• Children aged 5–12: USD $40.02 per person, per stay
• Children under 5: No charge

The fee includes applicable taxes and service charges and is required for community entry and the issuance of access cards.

• Two Club Access Cards are issued per stay after payment is confirmed
• Additional or replacement cards are subject to availability and may incur an extra fee
• Guest registration and payment must be completed before arrival
• Failure to complete registration and payment in advance may delay or restrict access to the community

Payment is processed through a secure payment link after guest registration has been submitted.

Flexible Arrival

Standard check-in is after 3:00 p.m. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

Bunk Room

The children’s bunk room does not have air conditioning and is best suited for young children or shorter stays.

Playa Careyeros is a beautiful public beach located just minutes away and offers a relaxed alternative to the private beach clubs.

Quiet Residential Community

Las Terrazas is a peaceful, secure gated community. Guests are asked to respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 p.m.

Community Rules and Registration Requirements

All guests must comply with Punta Mita community and HOA rules, which are strictly enforced.

Every guest must be registered with the HOA before arrival. Full payment of the mandatory access fee is required before arrival so that access cards can be issued.

Two Club Access Cards are provided per stay after payment confirmation. Additional or replacement cards are subject to availability and may require an additional fee.

Failure to complete registration and payment in advance may result in delayed or denied access to the community.
