The apartment and the surroundings are beautiful. The house is nice, but it needs some maintenance to be truly perfect. For example, the hot tub faucet is damaged, and the door frames are worn. More comprehensive supplies would also be needed, especially in the kitchen: plates and cutlery, pots, soap, and the bare minimum for cleaning (broom, trash bags, and rags/sponges). Another improvement would be to provide rolls of toilet paper, soap and shampoo in sufficient quantities for the stay. Upon arrival, cleaning was still underway, which is understandable if the previous guests checked out late. However, the cleaning was done superficially, leaving hairs in the sink and stained towels. The cleaning of the blankets and pillows could also be improved.

My stay in Medellín was absolutely perfect! The apartment was even better than the photos — spotless, super comfortable, and in an amazing location. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and exactly as described. The host was an incredible communicator, super responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Check-in was seamless. I felt safe, at home, and well taken care of the whole time. If you're going to Medellín, this is THE place to stay. I would 100% book again. Gracias por todo!
