The Space
Casa Consulado is a modern villa designed in the colonial style, located just a few blocks from the heart of Granada. This home offers all the amenities expected in a luxury residence. The views from the third floor are truly remarkable.
This newly built house is situated in one of Granada’s well-established older neighborhoods, only 1.5 blocks from Central Park, placing it in an excellent location. While it reflects traditional colonial architecture, Casa Consulado stands out with unique details throughout.
Upon entering, you will notice special features such as hand-cut stone floors, an antique vessel fountain, and custom-built wooden furnishings. To the right of the entrance corridor is a spacious living area furnished with comfortable seating and a 40-inch flat-screen TV for your entertainment.
The main section of the house opens to the outdoors and includes a cozy seating area, a large dining space, a garden, a fountain, and a pool. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for hosting gatherings or preparing quick meals. Additionally, a cook can be arranged upon request to prepare your meals.
Adjacent to the pool are two bedrooms connected by a shared bathroom. Each bedroom contains a queen bed, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. At the far end of the pool, there are two master suites located on different levels. One master suite is on the lower level, and the other is on the second floor. Both feature king beds, full bathrooms, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and flat-screen TVs.
Ascending to the third level via the “tower,” you will find a rooftop patio offering stunning panoramic views, including Mombacho Volcano, the Cathedral, Merced Church, and Xalteva Church. This space is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home. There is also a separate apartment attached to the property available for rent at an additional cost of $100 per night. Please inquire for more details.
Additional Information
Isabel, the housekeeper, maintains the home daily to ensure it stays in excellent condition. Pool maintenance is provided three times a week, and gardening services are also scheduled regularly. The office will supply you with a schedule for these services.

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations. It was incredibly comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. We were truly captivated by the home's stunning colonial architecture and its undeniable charm. The highlight for us was undoubtedly the pool, comfortable surroundings, and third-floor tower, which offers truly breathtaking and memorable views of the city of Granada. We also can't say enough about the amazing housekeeper, Isabel, who ensures the home is kept spotless and in pristine condition. Her dedication made our stay feel special and truly effortless. We would highly recommend this home to anyone and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

This place is great for family trips. We are a family of 8 including 2 children 8 and 6. The house has everything you need for everyone. The location is superb. You can walk to the best restaurants and coffee shops, as well as churches and historical places.

We loved Casa Consulada. Perfect place for a family stay. Very clean, beautiful design, comfort, great location, very close to the main park and La Catedral. It has spectacular views on the terrace. The energy is paid separately, according to consumption.
