Overall, we had a very good experience at Villa Nova and felt for the price it was a very accommodating place for our group of six. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, well-appointed (en suite bathrooms were great!), and the outdoor area was great with seating, shower, bathroom, and laundry It's very conveniently located near Tamarindo beach and Calle Central with a variety of restaurants, shops, clubs, and beach-related activities within a 5-10 minute walk. The on-site contact Delfina was very personable and responsive, and the owners were accessible and responsive online. Strong value, would definitely recommend for a large group!

We had an amazing stay! Ivana and Karen were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our trip. I didn't have much cell service in Tamarindo, so I had to wait until I connected to Wi-Fi to receive their messages, but they always got back to me quickly. The house is nothing like the photos... it's even BETTER! From the moment you walk in, it truly feels like home. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, TV, and A/C, giving everyone their own comfortable space. The full kitchen is perfect for cooking, and the large dining table and island make it easy for everyone to gather together. Having a laundry room was a huge bonus, especially if you don't like traveling with dirty clothes. The pool and outdoor seating area were fantastic for relaxing after a day at the beach. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with family, or with a group of friends, this home has plenty of space for everyone. If you're planning a trip to Tamarindo you'll want more time to enjoy this house!

Great location, close to the heart of Tamarindo and about a 8 minute walk to the beach. Very secure property and felt safe. Nice blackout curtains and AC in each bedroom. Could have used more bathroom towels as we only had 1 or 2 per bathroom, which was about one per person for us for the whole week. Overall would highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our group in Tamarindo. I chose it because it looked like we could walk to restaurants, shops, and activities, and that ended up being completely true. The house is beautiful, the pool is amazing, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. As first-time visitors to Costa Rica, we appreciated how safe and secure the property felt. We also booked airport shuttles, an ATV tour, and a private catamaran through the host, which made planning much easier. The only downside was the catamaran excursion. Unfortunately, we booked it on the only day of our trip with heavy rain and rough seas. Several people became sick, and we were not allowed to reschedule despite the conditions. We also experienced issues with a broken sail and received different food than what we had paid for in advance. I would skip this, or wait to book closer in advance. Overall, the house itself was excellent, and I would recommend it for large groups visiting Tamarindo

Amazing location & an awesome place to stay at when in Tamarindo! The host was very responsive to anything that came up as well as helped booked excursions for us.

If you want a place in heart of tamarindo close to everything you can literally walk to everything in tamarindo from this house. Perfect location. Very secure and safe. Nice pool. Not a place for beautiful scenery and sunset but beautifully decorated nice patio and pool area. Right in heart of tamarindo. We loved it. Teenagers could go to beach older adults could stay at house we could all walk 5 min meet up later. Wonderful service and communication very resourceful. Pizza restaurant right next door was amazing and perfect for big family.
