We had a great stay at this condo. The rooms with single beds were great for the kids. Xochil (chef) and her team were amazing!!!!! The best food, so friendly and just priceless to have someone deal with the cooking while on vacation. She made the most unreal meals. Los Veneros is such a beautiful complex, we’ve been before and will be back! Safe, beautiful (and quiet) beach, clean pools, well maintained grounds and surf break out front. We had a car so could go for dinner in punta Mita, and check out the local san poncho and la Cruz markets.

Wow. If you’re looking for a secluded beach vacation, this is it. The unit is located next to the W resort but the beach is not crowded at all. Gorgeous views from the unit and nice accommodations. There is housekeeping and cooking service from 9-3 daily by a very gracious staff. Meals were delicious and it’s so nice to not have to worry about cooking and cleaning during the day. The unit is far from town or a grocery store but the host can have groceries delivered for you. This was a nice service. There is also a small store a short walk where you can get items like coffee and wine. I would stay here again.

Los Veneros, the complex, common areas are spectacular, unfortunately the apartment is not up to it. The furniture and the apartment itself need a lot of maintenance. The fans do not work in some rooms, there is water leakage in a bathroom, the AC did not work until 8 hours after we arrived, the internet information is not updated, we were unable to enter the internet until the next day a person arrived. When checking in, the person who helped us with our things broke ALL our drinks and there were glass all over the floor and there was no one who could support us with cleaning because the cleaning ones had already left.

this is the 2nd year we have stayed here - comfortable and beautiful location/setting. watching sunset over the sea every evening from the huge patio. Xotchitl, the chef, and her help Carmen, were, as last year, lovely to have around and always making delicious food. If there is one criticism it is that the furniture needs updating - especially in the lounge and especially patio. Overall, though, this is probably the best deal in the beautiful Los Veneros resort. We enjoyed our stay and return home refreshed to deal with our long cold winter.
