The apartment is very nice, it meets what is promised, the location is good, there are supermarkets nearby and places to eat. Some minor implements are missing in the kitchen, but it was fine. In general I would use it again.

To be my first experience with Airbnb, there are good things like location and safety, but it seems to me that there are points that could improve, like the following: 1) explain to the guest how the elevator is activated, they never indicated at check-in that it was with a proximity sensor. 2) be clearer with the early check-in, in the application it was approved and in the end the host had not authorized it, if it had been clearer I would have looked for another option, because I arrived from the airport and I had to wait 3 hours at the reception to be able to store the bags. 3) Amount of blankets, we were 4 guests and there were only 3 blankets. 4) cleaning, we found cockroaches on entry.

The place was not for nothing luxurious, it lacks cleanliness and maintenance. It said it had basics for the kitchen but it only had one pot and a 8cm diameter skillet for 6 people. It was not clean with respect to cleaning. While we were provided with products, there was no sponge to clean the dishes. Communication with hosts is quick and decisive. I wouldn't recommend it anyway. The photos show the apartment as it is, spacious and comfortable.

The plus of this apartment was the great views. That's pretty much where it ended for me. Check In: Gate agent was rude and not clear about directions for accessing the apartment. The door knob is loose on apartment door which feels unsafe. Parking: If you're driving beware. Gagarage is very narrow and thier parking space is up to the 8th floor. Amenities: Pool was closed for maintenance for a month. Host didn't update us on this prior to arrival. Cleanliness: Just gross. We came in after midnight. There were several roaches in the kitchen. Stains on coach and bed. Yuck. Roach in bathroom. I was only able to stay the night because we were so exhausted. Communication: I contacted host about issues. They kept saying it was unusual and they have high standards. Never addressing the issue just repeating the same statement. Very frustrating. Had to call Airbnb back to leave. Overall one of my worst experiences on Airbnb. Keep looking because this isn't it.

The views from the Airbnb is magical especially at night times! It’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants and supermarket, the host was amazing.

Great location, beautiful apartment, great views. The main bed’s mattress is smaller than the bed. Bed side lamp does not have a bulb, nor has a socket to plug it in. The second bathroom was not very well cleaned. I’d come back, but suggest a more thorough cleaning.
